Unfortunately, the site is very unkempt, toilets are at least 50 years old and not clean, and there is sometimes no paper... It's a shame that the operator doesn't make more of an effort. There are... wrecks of old caravans everywhere. Disposal of toilet cassettes catastrophic! The only ray of hope: renovated men's showers (washing costs 50 ct for 4 min.). The site is recommended for relaxing, hiking and cycling along the Fulda. Kassel city center can be reached in a few minutes by car or by bus and streetcar.
