Close to the beach, not far from Goes and Middelburg. Kamperland is easily accessible on foot and by bike.

Yes, what can I say. I want to remain objective. It's a beautiful campsite in itself. We were there once before in fall 2023. We had a nice pitch there, a private sanitary room that also worked. The campsite has a supermarket, snack bars, a restaurant and a swimming pool. The prices are still reasonable for a camping pitch. There is plenty of entertainment for children and playgrounds. Now to our stay. We were given a pitch that was completely muddy. Shortly before, a motorhome had got stuck there and the tractor that pulled the motorhome out created a completely Wacken 2.0 lawn. We complained about this pitch. The sometimes snippy lady at reception told us that it was not possible to rebook or swap pitches. There is no refund. Otherwise we would have gone home. So we stayed. We then discovered that the door lock to our private sanitary room was broken. This was unlocked by a security guard. A six-pack of Coke closed the door. The toilet flush did not work and the tap on the washbasin was leaking. This procedure took three days until all the faults were repaired. There was no response from Roompot. For us, never again ... Praise to the janitor Marco.

The disadvantages of our second stay outweigh the advantages, so that I no longer recommend this site to anyone.
I can't understand why the park management releases these pitches when they are absolutely soaked and under water. This refers to row 52.
Every one of my neighbors got stuck and had to be pulled out.

We spent wonderful days here with our tent.
We booked the comfort pitch plus private sanitary facilities. The sanitary facilities are no longer the latest, but that wasn't a problem for us. The pitch was large and sunny. Checking in was contactless as the keycard arrived by post.
The supermarket is well... stocked but a bit overpriced. However, there is a well-stocked Aldi supermarket 5 minutes away. The proximity to the sea is great and the dog can go to the beach and from 19.00 clock without a leash. One day our hot water broke down. We reported the problem and it was fixed within an hour. For this reason we took a shower in the normal sanitary building. Clean and tidy. You can't always expect 5 star deluxe.
The signage could be better in one place because there is no sign with the route number. Garbage cans are quite far away but that wasn't a problem for us either. Some pitches are on the through road which I would not book. Too narrow, too much traffic.
We will definitely be back

Never vacation there again
We arrived on 3.4.23, unfortunately they only had my reservation for Tuesday. We then stood in a parking lot where security came and collected €15. I told the grumpy lady at the counter that I would take Monday because it was free. The answer put me in top form, which was, that's not possible, someone... could come and rent "the" space for one night. I said, yes, that's me, but no, I couldn't go to the pitch until Tuesday. 🤪🤪🤪🤪We had booked a camper comfort pitch with the note that if it rained heavily, the pitch could not be used and I would have to be given another one.
That's exactly what happened. Rain mud stuck. Waited 2 hours for the tractor, nothing happened. With other campers and digging, got free ourselves. Now we wanted another pitch, but there wasn't one and we had to go back to the parking lot, just one further on, where there was no electricity and no showers. We wanted a refund for the difference between the parking lot and the comfort pitch. There was no refund because they saw no reason to refund us the amount. There is no friendliness at the reception.
Cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired, as the toilets stink just as they look.
as they look. Defective flushing in continuous operation with blockage is of no interest to anyone. Basically, on the days when we were still there, the toilets and showers were cleaned at 8:30 in the morning. Afterwards the place was under water. The site plan doesn't fit. There is no place to dispose of gray water. Instead there is an open chamber in the wash house to empty your cassette. Restaurant bad, booked credit card only usable in the restaurant, we had been told everywhere on the site even when shopping.
No, this was not a vacation. We broke off and went home. Kamperland???? Never again.
Our vacation was spoiled like this.

Roompot Boeach Resort ...not again
When we arrived, we looked for the reception desk. But we searched in vain. They call it a "service point" here.
The reception staff were very friendly, but it seemed that we were the only ones asking questions about bus connections. They only searched the internet when we asked and gave us a timetable... that didn't match the times at the bus stop in any of the positions.
We found the signage on the site to be very poor. The numbered square areas are still there at the first corner, but not at the next turn. So where to go next?
The sanitary building closest to the motorhome pitches is in a desolate state.
1. the emptying point for the mobile waste tanks is only 1.5m to 2m away from the place where you can wash your dishes. Everyone can imagine the nuisance caused by the "cloud of smells" throughout the building.
2. 3 out of a total of 8 showers (men's) were blocked by the operator, in another one approx. 0.5 m² of tiles were missing. The failure rate was therefore 50%.
3. unfortunately, plastic sheets are accepted on the pitches for Womo or Wowa, which means that the lawns are literally riddled with holes. As it rained a lot during our stay, we had more water than solid "ground" under the awning.
We will probably not visit Rommpot Beach Resort .... again.

- Proximity to the beach - Sufficiently large pitches for caravans and awnings... Water and waste water on site as well as electricity.
Negativa
- totally outdated and dirty sanitary facilities which were cleaned regularly (apparently always at peak times they are simply locked) and then unfortunately the cleaning is always very superficial. - The small store is well stocked but far too expensive. Ten minutes away by bike you can find stores with normal prices. - The nearby beach section is easy to reach but unfortunately quite dirty due to the algae that remains when the water recedes. In addition, the algae start to stink after a while, which makes the beach even less interesting. - The Dutch youth is mostly open-minded and friendly... but three tent camps around your own pitch, preferably partying loudly, is too much for a family vacation with small children.

Basically, the spacious site has a lot to offer, but it's getting on in years.
You immediately notice that not much effort has been invested for the simple camper (sanitary blocks and dishwashing blocks are outdated)
It's probably a different story for the premium pitches.
What a pity.

The location ! Our pitch was right in the first row to the beach. Just over the hill and you were already standing in the sand. That was great!

Sanitary facilities, size of the plot, narrow
The location does a lot of things well
The location makes up for a lot, but if you go here you have to be prepared for totally worn out and broken sanitary facilities. Soap dispensers, fish facilities, etc. They are simply not replaced. These were some of the worst sanitary buildings we have ever had.
In addition, our narrow pitch was on... a through road with lots of traffic, party guests and barking dogs. It was so narrow that you could hear everything from the neighbor. On the other hand, you could reach the beach in a few minutes.

Unclean, outdated
Disappointing......
We were with 3 children in July for 2 weeks on the place, we were very disappointed, the pitch was nice and big but a narrow driveway. The sanitary building has seen better days, not really clean but very superficial. Some of the fittings were missing and a siphon was leaking for days (still is I'm sure)... The playground was too far away from the campsite and nothing special for older children. The swimming pool a bit older but ok. The store has everything you need but overpriced. And almost all cars drive very fast on the site. We won't be back.

The location is very nice right by the sea. The sanitary facilities could be better maintained and cleaned. The complex is spacious and beautiful.

Ideal for families with dogs.
After a long time on another course, we wanted to try another one this year. Then we came across this one. Simply perfect, the pitch was great and we booked our own sanitary facilities. Simply top. But the others are also very well maintained. We want to start the season here again next year.
