Very competent groundskeeper, Jasmin is always helpful and has a solution for everything and above all an open ear! You simply feel like part of a big family and are always welcome, even with a dog! A big thank you to the whole team, who always have everything under control thanks to their team spirit!NegativaIf I were still looking, I wouldn't find any disadvantages. It was even waiting on the... phone so we could make everything clear right away.
The reception was very friendly from Jasmin and showed us our place
We were able to set everything up first and then register and were given a great explanation of where to go shopping and the quickest way to get into town. Social room very well equipped
Showers and WC very clean Thanks to the cleaning staff
The outdoor pool is a dream 23000m2 water area there is enough space
There is also a restaurant and ice cream everything you need on vacation.
This place can only be recommended

The bread roll service is a cheek. Either it doesn't come at all, much too early or much too late, it doesn't have a good selection or hardly anything. There are 10 people queuing for breakfast rolls and the baker has nothing left in his trolley after the 3rd customer. Out of 5 days of getting up early and hoping for the baker, I got something exactly twice. Unfortunately, the operator is only very customer-friendly to a limited extent. You get the feeling that he only talks to people who suit him. We walked around the site for two days in vain looking for him because we wanted to go fishing and were told that it was possible right on the site. No sign of him, except late in the evening with other camping guests. Some of the pitches were poor. Sometimes you have to park if someone wants to leave and you are standing on the pitch in front of them. Apart from the fact that you can hardly see where a plot begins or ends. No light at the VE station, rather suboptimal in the fall! Electricity connection ages away. We needed 50m of cable. Only one water supply point for the entire pitch.Need for improvementWe were really looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, it wasn't as we had hoped. Unfortunately, the place wasn't right for us. It doesn't always have to be new. It would be more important to make the guests feel welcome.Automaticky přeloženo.

The staff and the operator are extremely friendly and try to cater to guests' wishes. There are cycle paths adjacent to the campsite. The walk to the town and shopping centers is short (about 15 minutes on foot). The pool... is really huge, but was not yet open at the beginning of May. We are staying here with our grandchildren for 14 days in July, have already made a reservation and are looking forward to using the pool. The gnarly staff, Jasmine, mother and father complement each other perfectly. The boss likes to grumble from time to time, but this is compensated for by the great friendliness of the ladies. Everything is spotlessly clean. The... sani is new with a large area and cooking facilities for campers. Ideal as a starting point for visits to the thermal baths. Blumau: Well, a lot of pretense and advertising. Loipersdorf is very nice. There are great wine taverns with excellent food and wine, many cycle paths all the way to Hungary. But it doesn't really need a thermal spa: the place includes free entry to a gigantic outdoor pool, spotlessly clean and rather empty even when it's busy. Simply great - a reason to come here again. The town itself is also well worth a visit.
