I think it's great that the parking lot is right in front of the house. You can also order bread rolls for breakfast. And the woman at the reception was also super friendly! When it rains, the grassy areas (for awnings, everything with wheels is safely on gravel) are very soggy, so you quickly end up standing in the mud. Although the sanitary facilities are not up to date, they are clean, tidy, spacious... and functional. Unfortunately, the lack of Internet (WLAN only 50m around the reception) and poor mobile network (Vodafone) is a small but annoying flaw.Automaticky přeloženo.

- Bianca H.April 2024DissatisfiedMobile home was not clean, quite dingy! Tv device did not find a signal! The rooms stank, despite airing! On our double bed there was a lot of black hair on the fitted sheet (really disgusting) and on the pillows too, at some point I stopped looking closer!
Lamp above the dining table broken! Seat in... front of the mobile home was getting on in years and wobbled! 85€ for final cleaning completely overpriced as no attention is paid to thoroughness anyway!
Unfortunately the beer garden has now completely closed!
Will look for another place to sleep for the next Brombachsee vacation!

Our stay with you was basically wonderful. We noticed a few points for improvement:
1. speed of the cars in front of our pitch was far too high. It would be good to put up bollards in the whole area.
2. light in the men's WC defective
3. light for washing up is completely missing when washing... dishes outside.
4. the bread roll machine. Not nice that you have to enter your personal details for a bill. All waiting guests can also see this. It doesn't help to have the privacy policy confirmed if the data is not protected at all. In addition, no email with the invoice arrived at all.
5th booking system is good, but the mail that comes after the booking is not. You have to download a registration form and print it out and bring it with you, even though you have sent all the data beforehand. The link to the document doesn't work either. We then looked for it on the homepage.

No place is straightAutomaticky přeloženo. - Aline B.March 2024Cozy and quiet locationWe thought the signposting of the individual paths (e.g. Igelweg) was great, so the children can also easily find their way back to the pitch or similar.
We had a pitch relatively close to the forest, which was brilliant. Of course, this meant that the walk to reception or the shower etc. was a bit longer... - but it was doable, even with a small child. The forest was extremely beautiful, very densely populated, somehow enchanted. Really beautiful.
The distance to the lake was also easy to walk, even for smaller children.
It was stupid that the lighting in the sanitary rooms in the shower area didn't work (for 2 days/nights).
The bread roll order was borderline. This worked smoothly and the rolls were also super tasty, but this XXXL screen for ordering was visible to everyone around it. This meant that both the first name, surname and email address were oversized and there was no privacy.
It was also difficult that it was not immediately clear what belonged to which pitch in the gravel and meadow areas. A small marker or a stone or similar would be better to clear up any misunderstandings.

The sanitary facilities are clean and up to date, the children's pool is wonderful. Toilets are spread all over the site and there are plenty of washing facilities for dishes.
