- Irene V.December 2018PozitivaNone, unless you love total solitudeNegativaToo huge and uncomfortableHuge, barren areaWe wanted to do something good for ourselves with the 5-star campsite. But in December we were the only guests in the camper area. We had to walk at least 15 minutes across the huge area to get to reception. Fortunately, the sanitary building was closer. The site is designed for rental accommodation,... very attractive wooden houses, camping is on the edge. We did not feel comfortable. The staff were also rather haughty. The first question was whether we had a reservation. As I said, the pitch was empty. The store only sold souvenirs, at least in December. We immediately decided not to go to the restaurant. There was nothing in the immediate vicinity. As the site is on a kind of plateau, there is certainly little shade in summer. But there is a sun canopy on every pitch. Not nice, but certainly useful in summer.Automaticky přeloženo.
- Sara D.June 2015PozitivaLots of activities for families, two swimming pools, friendly and available staff.NegativaNo shade. High prices in the restaurant and bar.Ideal for familiesA very pleasant park, but with (still) no shade, which makes it somewhat uncomfortable. Very oriented towards families with small children, so it can be difficult to get some peace and quiet... Excellent for cycling, and the surrounding beaches are beautiful!Automaticky přeloženo.
- Achim S.May 2013At the end of May, the only camper van in the prairie-like barren camper area. Once planned hyperexclusively by cubists, but never really accepted and adopted by campers. Seems warehouse-like. Wooden sanitary area with stylish exposed pipes slowly rotting away, despite super-modern, stylish central facilities... with a huge Hollywood pool for long-distance swimmers and exclusive offers (luxury lounge) Restaurant expensive, but no breakfast baguettes. Climbing garden with top equipment, tennis 5€, WLAN free, also in the motorhome (depending on pitch). According to the ADAC guide, best place in Portugal, oversized facilities for 3000 guests (incl. barrack-like bungalows), not for us, quickly gone again.Automaticky přeloženo.
- Manuel D.October 2011I organized a meeting with more than 60 people in October 2009, so I had only been open for a short time, and it was a tremendous success despite the fact that there were clear flaws that we all saw at the time as being due to the start of the project, but which were clearly overcome by the extreme friendliness... of the staff (in fact, they were fantastic). Last year I repeated the same event with fewer people (35) and it wasn't the same. From bungalows with problems that weren't promptly solved to the awful dinner served where the unanimous opinion was that we would have been better served in the Pingo Doce restaurants. However, I would advise you to visit because it's a worthwhile place, but I will leave you with the following advice. 1- If you're camping with a tent, you should take some kind of base because the ground is dirt (don't forget that this is an eco-resort) and it's difficult to get out of it. 2- Take a bicycle (or rent one) with the length you have is essential. 3- Despite what I've said about the restaurant (as a warning for those who want to organize group events), I recommend you try the pizzas and pastas. On an individual level, I have nothing to say. 4- The swimming pools are fantastic, the real attraction of the park. 5- Ideal conditions for motorhomes.Automaticky přeloženo.
- Ricardo T.December 2010Although I've only been to the bungallows, I think it's a good park. The only thing it lacks is shade. But as the park was built from scratch, in a few years' time the trees will have grown and will provide some shade. For now, it will be difficult to stay in a tent in this park in the sun all the time. The infrastructure is excellent and it's a very interesting park for children.Automaticky přeloženo.
