- Peter A.June 2019PositiveGreat location, friendly staff, very clean, quietNegativVery small, narrow pitchesGreat location, friendly staff, small pitchesCamping Al Plan is located at the end of St. Vigil in the Rautal valley. The valley is a dead end and therefore the site is particularly quiet. We were there in June and were surprised that the site was full. Without a reservation we obviously wouldn't have been able to get a pitch. Very friendly reception... (German, Italian, English, Ladin). As already written in other reviews, most of the pitches are extremely small. Our caravan is 6 meters long and filled the pitch with awning. It was not possible to extend to two pitches free of charge, as the pitch was full. The sanitary facilities are bright and clean. They are cleaned once a day. The bathroom we rented must be kept in good condition ourselves. Cleaning is scheduled once a week. If there is no toilet paper left or the garbage can is full, you will need to take the initiative. Al Plan does not have its own small store. Bakers and stores are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot or by bike. There is a very good restaurant with moderate prices on the site itself. Highly recommended. The campsite itself is less attractive for children as there is no play equipment. However, there is a large recreation room above the sanitary building where table tennis etc. can be played. The place is very nice. Bars, restaurants, pizzerias, stores, petrol station...everything available. Tip: The ground is hard, very hard, take enough appropriate tent pegs with you and a steel hammer, rubber hammer does nothing at allAutomatisk oversat.

- Katharina v.June 2018PositiveView, central yet quiet locationNegativsmall pitches, sloping tent meadowSmall, fine campsiteNice, clean campsite. Great view from the tent meadow. Friendly staff. - Angelica F.July 2017PositiveVery quiet, very clean sanitary facilities. Nice and helpful operator who also solved the electricity problemNegativThe pitches are a bit tight. Only one 6 amp socket per power box, the remaining 3 ampsVery quiet place and beautifully situatedWe had actually reserved the pitch for Saturday but arrived on Thursday. We called from the road and it was no problem at all. When we realized that we wouldn't make it until 7.30 pm, we called again and our delay was no problem either. The operator of the campsite gave us a warm and helpful welcome.... We had problems with the coffee machine, the fuse blew when we started it up. We were then given a 6 amp socket and everything was fine. The sanitary facilities are well thought out and spotlessly clean. The restaurant serves excellent food. The pitches are a bit small, so you get two. This is enough for a camper van and awning. You can park your car in front of the campsite as there are plenty of parking spaces. We had a very good rest, enjoyed the peace and quiet and can highly recommend the campsite. WLAN is also good and free of chargeAutomatisk oversat.
- Leonhard H.July 2017PositiveClean very good Santär, quiet, free bus, free very good wifi.Negativsmall parking spaces, but this is to be changed.Quiet place in the national parkA small, manageable site on the outskirts of the village. Very small pitches of only 4 x 8 m, so in summer 2 pitches are always counted as 1 pitch, sometimes 3 for large mobile homes or caravans. The operators are very nice and try to make everything possible. No catering on site, but the bakery and... supermarket are within walking distance. Own restaurant on site with good food. Sanitary always very clean despite full occupancy. Plenty of places for dogs to run around in the area. Ideal starting point for hikers and mountain bikers.Automatisk oversat.
- Gerhard und Gabriele E.September 2016PositiveThe owner family runs the campsite personally. The proximity to the Dolomites. Wonderful hiking area.NegativNONEBest place near the DolomitesWe have been going on vacation to this place at least once a year for 16 years. Mostly in spring and late fall for at least 10 days each time. For us it is absolutely the best place in South Tyrol. The site is so clean and well-kept that it is hard to find anywhere else. The sanitary facilities are above... average and very, very clean. All the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. It is a family business. This is certainly good for the site. You can feel the interest in each individual guest, not like on corporate sites where everyone only has dollar signs in their eyes. As long as the campsite is privately owned, we will return every year.Automatisk oversat.
- Peter S.August 2016PositiveFriendliness, cleanliness, beautiful pitches. Quiet at night.NegativNoneSuperGreat place with friendly owners. If you book on time, you get the place you want. Sanitary facilities super and cleanAs a guest you can also contribute if you don't enter the sanitary facilities with dirty shoes. Very good even if you have guests. Downstairs the guesthouse in the middle of the campsite, upstairs the restaurant. It's not far to the village either. Should actually remain an insider tip.Automatisk oversat.

- luca v.August 2014bBeautiful CAMPING IN THE DOLOMITESCampground with large pitches (two per camper), in the middle of the woods at the foot of the dolomites. Good bar/restaurant near the campground, new and clean toilets. Friendly and helpful owners....center of San Viglio di Marebbe within a 5-minute walk. Ticket for public transportation included in the price at the campsite. Great place!Automatisk oversat.
- Herbert W.October 2013Very nice location, friendly, restaurant good food, friendly staff, unfortunately no sauna in OctoberAutomatisk oversat.
- Ste L.August 2013The site has a great location and you can eat well in the restaurant. There is no store on the site, but there is a bakery 1 km away. We had a pitch that was far too small, although we had specified the length of the caravan and booked well in advance. The permanent campers walked through our open awning... because the paths had been converted into pitches. The riding stables were easy to reach by bike. The rented bathroom was very poorly ventilated so that 4 towels could not dry because the walls were sweating.Automatisk oversat.
- michela m.July 2013nice, quiet campground. clean and beautiful facilities. great location for walking, getting to the town center. good price-service ratio.Automatisk oversat.
- Marco M.January 2013Very nice, simple campsite located just outside the village of San Vigilio and very well served. The cross-country trails are in front of the campground, for the downhill trails there is a bus that leaves from the campground. Very convenient gas connection, very nice and clean bathrooms.Automatisk oversat.
- Thomas R.July 2010Top, very nice! I would love to go again!Automatisk oversat.
- Christian L.March 2010Positive: -very nice view on some pitches -good pizzas -very clean sanitary facilities! -friendly staff -quiet -good equipment with chocks and pallets for awning in winter -ski bus directly in front of the site Negative: -many of the beautiful pitches occupied by permanent campers -other pitches partly... quite narrow and only suitable for motorhomes (but these are very easy to drive on, even) -Sauna facility relatively expensive and for the price with too few loungersAutomatisk oversat.
