Very nice, clean campsite in a quiet location with new sanitary building
We stayed at this campsite for two nights and were delighted with the very quiet location and cleanliness. The groundsman is super friendly and there is also a bread roll service. There is also a great range of games for younger and older guests, including a large playground, tricycles, mini golf, swimming lake (slightly less water than usual due to the hot summer), trampolines, etc. We would choose this place again at any time.

First time with camping car
Through friends who have a permanent place on the campsite, we became aware of the camp through a visit and spontaneously bought a caravan to spend our vacation and have not been disappointed, the next vacation is already planned.

Very nice and friendly site manager and always up for a laugh. I haven't noticed any disadvantages in 20 years.

We have been going there again and again for about 20 years, at least twice a year
We found the campsite by chance about 20 years ago on the way back from a camping vacation in Holland and learned to love it. Since then we have been going there at least twice a year for a long weekend. Now we have reserved a pitch with our own wash house again for Whitsun.

Vacation in a mobile home with three children and a dog ;)
It's just great there! The children could run as they wanted, there was no need to be afraid! They could drive "Kettcar", there was also something for the older ones! They could swim! It was just great! I can only recommend it ;) It was a great time!

The site itself is beautifully laid out. The welcome is warm and personal. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities don't work at all. 50s flair. Unfortunately, that's not possible. The owner has been renovating for years....but otherwise the place is lovingly laid out. If you rent a sanitary house for 5 euros, you can feel very comfortable on the site.

Very nice, well-kept, Go\_Carts for the children, trampoline areas on the lawn, nice campsite operators. Big disadvantage: - During the week permanently loud machine noises (lawn tractor, mower, trimmer and other equipment for property maintenance. - Sprinklers set up everywhere that are in operation... all day, so everything around you is always wet and the noise is annoying. The well-kept ambience has its price, as a lot of grass is kept short there, the mowing never stops. The grounds maintenance staff showed no consideration, so we had breakfast to the sound of hell. At the weekend, the permanent campers start mowing their lawns again with petrol-powered mowers. So for people looking for peace and quiet, unfortunately less suitable, a pity really...such a beautiful property.

A quiet, beautifully situated campsite with a small bathing lake and sandy beach. Some of the tourist pitches have waste water connections. The pitches are spacious and equally suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes. The pitches are separated by small hedges, free-standing bushes and oak and birch... trees. Unfortunately, there are no shopping facilities on the site. However, the towns of Saerbeck and Ibbenbüren are not far away. You can buy everything here. Gas, drinks and snacks are available at the site itself. You can also wash and dry your laundry at the reception (machines). There is a vending machine kiosk open 24 hours a day where you can buy ice cream and potato chips etc. The site is not far from the Hermannsweg trail and offers plenty of opportunities for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. Climbing enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here in the Teutoburg Forest. The sanitary facilities are very old, but are cleaned every day. If you want maximum comfort, you can rent a bathroom (container) for 5-7 euros depending on the season. Here there is a shower, hot water, a washbasin, electricity and the possibility to dry laundry. A new wash house is currently being built. We would love to come back and enjoy the peace and quiet and get away from it all!
