This site is not for everyone but if you like peace and quiet with no children running around then this is the place for you. Clean and tidy site with very accommodating owners. The longer you stay the cheaper it gets! We have used the site twice now and will certainly be back. Shops are within 2.5km and the owners run a minibus service into town. There are also bikes to hire. 1 hour from Alicante and Murcia.

Beautiful place in a great location
A beautiful, quiet campsite in a great landscape, with a nice pool, without children. We were there for 2 months in the summer. The sanitary facilities are very clean. The owners Terry and Carolina are very helpful and friendly. The whole site is planted with lots of greenery and the pitches are very... large. All in all, a lovely place to relax. The town of Pinoso is approx. 3 to 4 km away, where you can buy everything you need for everyday life and there are many nice and good restaurants.

An unreserved recommendation for anyone looking for peace and relaxation. We spent a week on the site. The site is far away from any hustle and bustle, railroad line or road traffic and is generally very quiet, but access is completely unproblematic. Children are not allowed. However, socially acceptable... dogs are very welcome. There is everything you need on site. Bread is available at reception in the morning. The English-speaking operators are very hospitable and run a bar and restaurant on the site, where many guests come for a drink or a meal in the evening. The food and drinks come from local producers. The red wine (Monastrell) is excellent. The place as well as the food and drinks are unbeatable value for money. There is also a lovely pool for refreshment. Supply and disposal available, sanitary facilities picobello, in Pinoso, 5 km away, there are extensive shopping facilities and also petrol stations. Hiking, mountain biking and dog walking without limits. There is free WiFi in the area around the reception/restaurant. Thank you, we will definitely be back :-)

The cheapest pitch here in the area! Open all year round, huge pitches, super clean and very well maintained! Carolina and Terry are the best campsite owners ever: friendly, nice, accommodating and former campers; they know what's important. El tranquillo is THE address for classic camping: quiet, beautiful, familiar and clean! An insider tip away from the expensive places in the south of Spain!
