Super great place close to nature
Super great place, great location, lots of peace, lots of nature, good WLAN. Clean, modern sanitary facilities, highly recommended.

Never bring "real" children with you
The campsite is car-free, which could make for peace and quiet, but the atmosphere is rather oppressive. The cleanliness is okay, but the friendliness of the owners seems artificial. Although there is ice cream and fresh bread rolls in the morning, the nearest store is only accessible after about 2 kilometers...

    beautiful, well-kept and quiet campsite
Despite making a reservation at short notice, we were given a fantastically beautiful pitch right on the lake. As the caravan was placed on our pitch by the campsite owner himself, we were able to start our vacation stress-free right away. Thank you very much for the wonderful two weeks at Lake Waginger See.

    Not recommended
Unfortunately, our stay at the campsite in Waging am See did not meet our expectations. As soon as we arrived, we were told that lively children were not welcome on this site. This is of course disappointing for families traveling with children.

The rules on the campsite are extremely strict and are...

    Quiet campsite
This campsite is car-free and therefore extremely quiet. It is very well maintained and the owners are very friendly. There is ice cream and fresh rolls in the morning. The nearest shops are about 2 km away and can be reached almost exclusively via the cycle path. The sanitary facilities are adequate,...

    Again and again with pleasure!
We, a couple with a baby, stayed at the Hainz am See vacation park for 12 days in July 2019. As already described in the many reviews before us, we were also able to convince ourselves that if you really want to enjoy peace and quiet as a camper, there is no way around Hainz am See! If you are looking...

Paradise for those seeking peace and quiet
We, both in our mid-40s, stayed at the site for 4 nights at the beginning of June for the first time. Large pitches, wonderful lake view, very nice, well-kept park with beautiful trees. Very nice, clean sanitary facilities, bread roll service, ice cream shop. And the most important thing for us was the...

    Pure peace and relaxation
Everything that has already been written about the course describes it 100% correctly. Unique and fantastic. The two bad reviews are incomprehensible, but some people also have badly behaved children and a great lack of decency :-) There are rules and they are understandable, yes de Senior is perhaps...

Really good if you are looking for peace and quiet and want to relax by the lake
The site is exceptionally well maintained, everything is very tidy and well thought out. The sanitary facilities leave nothing to be desired. Very quiet location, directly on the lake, wonderful swimming opportunities in the warm water, even hooks for flip-flops are available. The caravans are pulled...

    Special but unique
The campsite is very special but also unique. The location is super quiet and secluded, if you are looking for peace and seclusion (like us) this is the place for you. Car-free = brilliant peace and quiet. Everyone who comes here knows what they are getting into. In return, you are rewarded with a brilliant...

    No campsite for children
We wanted to spend 9 days on the site with our granddaughter. However, we left after 6 days because of the senior campsite owner. The senior has a set of rules on how children and adults should behave, which only he has in his head. This changes depending on his mood or the number of stays. For example,...

    One word: first class!
It was our first time on the site and we will definitely be back. It's wonderful there. A well-maintained site, only 50 pitches. Pure peace and relaxation. The Eder family is very friendly and helpful.

Park-like grounds directly on the lakeshore
We deliberately chose this site because the pitches are huge, the owner family deliberately keeps the number of campers below 50 units and so there is no crowding on the pitch and in the sanitary facilities. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you can go to one of the large campsites, if you are...

Pure camping, most beautiful place at the Waginger See
This is still pure camping :-) Wonderfully quiet and, above all, car-free campsite. We have been on this site with the caravan for many years and it is simply brilliant when the distance to the neighboring site is sooo big that you don't accidentally pull out a peg from the neighbor when tightening :-)...

    Species-appropriate husbandry
We (2 adults and a child of 10 years) don't think much of the established, inch-thick camping guides with countless symbols. The end always looks the same: Row upon row, like in a refugee camp or a traveler's parking lot. Not so at Hainz am See. Approx. 50 parking spaces with a park-like spaciousness,...

    Quiet and familiar!
Small but nice! Very quiet campsite with a helpful and friendly operator couple. The caravan is unhitched in front of the barrier and then pulled onto the pitch by a small tractor. Cars have no access to the pitch! The pitches are also suitable for large caravans, many are right on the lakeshore, but...

    Very nice and quiet campsite
This site is ideal for a relaxing, quiet vacation. No cars on the pitch. The pitches are very spacious. The sanitary facilities are new (2014) and very clean. The site is located directly on Lake Waginger See.

    Niet geschikt voor gezinnen.
Heel mooie plek maar niet geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen vanaf drie jaar. It may not be used and between one and three also not jumped on the trampoline etc. De eigenaar is de hele tijd duidelijk aanwezig om op deze regels te wijzen op een bijzonder onvriendelijke wijze. Echt een camping voor senioren waar er dan ook erg veel van zijn.

Quiet campsite with very nice operators - family atmosphere
A place that is perfect for people who want peace and quiet. No noise. There is a lunch break from 13:00 - 15:00, which is very convenient even for families with small children, as they can take a nap then. Very tasty smoked fish is offered depending on the season. Bread roll service can be changed at...
