- A.J. M.October 2019PositiveNice beach and forest.NegativNothing to do in winterFor a couple of days...okIn winter town and beaches empty. Supermarkets 10 min walk from camping. Lots of plots muddy after rain. Sunny plots are used by group who stays there in wintertime, so only cold and shady plots are left
- Harri F.December 2017Not for winter timeRatings for visiting december. Winter time nothing to do, everything is closed at least i think so. I will stay only one night and go on.
- Carsten S.June 2017PositiveAlmost by the seaNegativDusty, dirty and unfriendly staffNever experienced camping in 40 yearsThe space is completely nonsensical. Without numbering. Very dusty and dirty in the pine forest. Even the staff don't drive 10km. It's dusty as hell. We pitched our tent on the almost empty pitch near a sanitary building. PROBLEMA - NO TINTA, ONLY CARAVAN. The unfriendly and bored woman at reception... asked us in the evening and in the morning to move to the hills or leave. And we were gone. Sanitary building and pool are ok. Wifi costs 4 € p.T. as often in Spain or you squat on the floor in the reception. The rest FUCKING. NEVER AGAIN.Automatisk oversat.
- Thorsten B.September 2016PositiveBeach nearbyNegativThe campsite gave the impression that it was slowly going into hibernationOvernight camping siteWe were only at the campsite for 1 night, but absolutely ok. Close to the beach and a sports course.Automatisk oversat.
- Dirk W.July 2015Nice placeA 5-minute walk from the campsite to the extensive beach, with a pine forest in between and a few bars on the beach. Very friendly staff on site, good wifi, clean sanitary facilities, good selection in the marketAutomatisk oversat.
- René R.May 2015Positive- Close to the sea with beautiful access to the beach - many shaded areasNegativ- Outdated sanitary facilities, only moderately clean - partly nonsensical parcellingstill has room for improvementThe site itself is nicely laid out in several areas, partly in a pine forest. The areas facing the road are flat on very firm ground, further back the terrain rises with correspondingly uneven pitches. Obviously the idea was once to separate the permanent campers from the transit campers in separate... areas, but now permanent campers can be found in all areas. The size of the pitches varies greatly, but there are enough pitches to accommodate larger caravans with awnings and cars. Some of the pitches are unfavorably parceled out so that trees, water taps and electricity boxes are in the middle of the pitch. The sanitary facilities are older and only moderately clean. The washing facilities are very cramped and without hot water. The showers are also cramped and there is no partition. Sinks were only functional in one wash house, where there were only 2 sinks with hot water. The kiosk offers poor quality pre-packed bread. There is WLAN in the bar. Very nice path, about 300m through pine forest to the beautiful beach (main road must be crossed).Automatisk oversat.
- Andreas und Petra S.October 2014Does not have to beLarge site with a high proportion of permanent campers. The mostly uneven ground consists of a mixture of sand and gravel. Many pine trees provide sufficient shade, but also shed the odd needle. The pitches are rather small. The beach is approx. 400m away through a small forest with adjoining dunes.... Free choice of pitch and free WLAN at the restaurant. Friendly staff at reception. Well-stocked mini mercado. WCs with toilet seat and paper roll in the anteroom. Washing area with pressure washer for motorhomes, cars etc. The paths are well lit at night. At times there are unpleasant smells of sewage in the air and there is an extremely loud gym in the neighborhood. In mid-October '14 we paid around €23 for a motorhome with 2 people including electricity.Automatisk oversat.
- mario c.August 2011this month unfortunatly was very windy and i had a few problems with that. i've stayed near the fence, nearby the pool and the river. at this place there isn't any wind protection so i had lots of problems with that and had to move the tent to the other side of the camping next to the road. after that... i spent a very nice and peacefull week. they have security guard's at night. impressive!! although i've found the camping a little bit dirty with a few dog poo's and trash here and there but whe loved the place and whe hope to visit it next time. just cross the road and you're on the beach. loved that!! I didn't like the beach bar in front of the camping. it doesn't have toilets, the caipirinhas that we drinked were only ice and sugar (sorry, i used to be bartender and i can tell very well the difference of a good and a bad cocktail) and they had advertised live music but no one appeared to play in the whole week. that's why it was always empty. fortunatly the other bar's have live music and the town as well..i saw a few funny concert's there. the camping supermarket has all that you need to live in the camp, but if you like you can find a few supermaket's like lidl in the town. the people are very friendly and you can walk at night every where...i think...i did with my family :) there is an excelent ice-cream shop in avenida de la playa. loved the service and the ice-cream's are superb. you can also rent boat's and there is a kayak school that goes to the camping to pick up anyone who want's to do kayak or surf paddle. bad luck for me that i've found that on my last day there...
- Patrícia R.July 2011I loved it and I'll be back every year... the staff are very friendly, the atmosphere very pleasant...Automatisk oversat.
- Andreas O.June 2010We received a very friendly welcome. The campsite is about 200 meters from the beautiful beach. The pitches are relatively uneven, but are nicely situated under tall pine trees. The sanitary facilities are sufficient, but could be better maintained. Nice pool and free Wi-Fi in the reception area.Automatisk oversat.
- Hans S.May 2010The campsite is located at the western end of the Atlantic coast of Andalusia, not far from the Portuguese border. You are greeted in perfect German at reception. The pitches are in a slightly hilly dune area overgrown with pine trees. The access road is very well developed although it is not very busy.... There is a lovely swimming pool on the site. There are four sanitary facilities in operation in the high season and three in the low season. You can see guests with small tents up to camping vehicles with 7.5 tons. Some of the pitches have hard earth or sandy ground. The tall conifers and some deciduous trees provide plenty of shade and the light breeze from the sea, which can be reached in 300 m via the road, makes the unsightly roofs made of plastic mats superfluous. The guests come from Spain, mostly permanent residents, the Netherlands, Germany, Great Britain, Belgium and France. There is a car wash on the site which is also suitable for mobile homes. A Spanish course is offered for "overwinterers".Automatisk oversat.
