- hans w.July 2020Positive- no reservation possible - chaotic choice of pitches -Pitches directly by the seaNegativ- no card payment -no reservation possible - small sandy beach - nearest cash machine far awayCampsite in farnz. MarnierMedium-sized campsite right by the sea. Reservations are not possible and you have to pay in cash. High season from 60 euros a night. Wifi costs extra. Toilets without toilet paper but clean.
Great pitches if you are lucky.
Beach average for the area.Automatisk oversat. - Arndt K.August 2019PositivePure relaxation, great location, right by the sea, beautiful!NegativThe language, unfortunately no German and only some English. Toilet seats, paper and soap are missing.Relaxed and beautiful vacationStayed at the campsite for 16 nights. Absolutely great vacation, beautiful pitch opposite the small supermarket that has almost everything you need. There is also a terrace where a DJ plays music twice a week (Wed + Sun) This is a bit louder, but it didn't bother us at all (0:00 am quiet) The toilet... buildings were cleaned several times a day and are in order. Several typical French standing toilets but also some for sitting, but without toilet seat and without toilet paper and no soap available. The walk to the beautiful sandy beach is very short. If you are lucky, you get a place in the first row and you only have 5 meters to the sand. These first 8-10 rows are in the blazing sun, then comes the pine forest where it is very nice and shady. I think satellite reception is almost impossible there. The restaurant on site is great! Great food to take away too. Pizza TOP, fries good, mussels in a mussel pot to take away and then just bring the pot back. Great service. Super price. Super tasty. All in all a nice vacation with one small catch: The language... If you don't speak French like we do, it's difficult. German doesn't work at all, NO WORD, unfortunately. English a little. That's why we won't be going back to France for the time being, although it was otherwise a very nice vacation.Automatisk oversat.
- Bodo B.September 2017PositiveLocation directly by the seaNegativAircraft noise, too expensiveGreat location.but way too expensiveGood restaurant on site, in the approach lane of the airfield. nice staff, for what the place offers it is just way too expensive.Automatisk oversat.
- G. Z.September 2017PositiveLocated directly by the sea, both shady and sunny spots.NegativCosts for electricity enormously high, no shower on the beach, no hot water at some sinksElectricity far too expensiveThe costs for the electrical connection (6A) are clearly too high at 6 euros. More could be invested in the other prices, e.g. a beach shower.Automatisk oversat.
- Josef D.June 2017PositiveDirectly by the sea, quiet location and friendly staff.NegativSanitary facilities are just about okay.Very nice campsite right by the seaWe stayed at the campsite twice in 2017. The first time in June in a mobile home. Although not directly by the sea or with a sea view, it was still only about 100m to the beach. The mobile home was fine, the location was very central by the tennis courts, but overall it was quite quiet. The second time... we were there in August with a tent. We were able to choose the pitch ourselves and found a pitch almost directly by the sea (20m) in the second row. Fantastic. The campsite staff, especially the shopkeepers, were always very friendly and accommodating. We didn't find the evening activities disturbing. We will definitely be back.Automatisk oversat.
- Daniel P.August 2016Positive- Place directly on the beach - Friendly staffNegativDirty WC'sNice place with compromisesWe were there in the high season at the beginning of August. We really wanted a place by the sea. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to book 3-4 days in advance. We ended up getting the last pitch right next to the soccer pitch/playground. It was very noisy there in the evening until ten or eleven o'clock.... Not ideal with a baby. Otherwise, a lovely site in the pine forest with a relatively large store and restaurant. I was really horrified by the sanitary facilities. The showers are basically ok. But the toilets were unusable. No paper (seems to be normal in France), no toilet seat and very dirty.Automatisk oversat.
- Günther M.June 2016PositivePeace, plot size, friendliness, locationNegativIf I didn't know anyGreat place to relaxNice site with large pitches. Beach directly at the site, clean; sanitary facilities ok; showers free, functional shower cubicles; toilets without paper; nice and quiet; WLAN everywhere on the site for a fee (15€/7 days); we were there in the low season and could choose the pitch (under trees); La Londe... des Maures is a nice little village with beautiful cycle paths; we recommend the market on Sunday; sipper market at the site very well stocked; restaurant so-so; we'll be back; family-friendly site !!!!Automatisk oversat.
- Thomas K.May 2016PositiveMust see: Hyeres old town and weekly market,Panoramic view from the fortress of Hyeres,Hike to Port CrosNegativThe space is expensive in relation to the equipment!Certainly one of the most beautiful in the areaThe Le Pansard offers the possibility to camp close to the beach and with a view of the sea. the place is heavily frequented by surfers and kite surfers. in relation to the facilities, however, the place is expensive! next supermarket in 3km distance, nudist beach in 2km distance, beautiful natural beach in the connection,Automatisk oversat.
- Dirk F.August 2014PositiveBeautiful beach and location....A beautiful placeNice place with friendly staff. We arrived in the evening and unfortunately had to spend the night in the parking lot. Nevertheless, we got electricity. The pitches are not intended for large mobile homes, but we did get a pitch close to the beach. The middle area of the pitch offers natural shade from the trees. There is less shade towards the beach.Automatisk oversat.
- Richard M.July 2013No electricity connection is provided for tent campers. We were offered the fridge in reception as there were no other facilities available. We therefore looked for another pitch.Automatisk oversat.
- Gerd E.July 2013Pitch wonderfully situated by the sea. Fine sandy beach, clean and right next to the pitch. Unfortunately small pitches. Sanitary something to get used to but clean. Good shopping facilities on site. Also leisure and sports facilities. Very crowded in high season. Service friendly and nice.Automatisk oversat.
- Stanislav P.August 2011The site is ideally located directly on the beach. The pitches are quite small and are located in a shady pine forest or without shade on the beach. There is a well-stocked store and restaurant on site. Friendly reception. The sanitary facilities are not up to the rush in the high season (waiting times)... but were constantly cleaned. From the campsite you can go on beautiful excursions by bike, e.g. to beautiful unspoilt beaches with crystal clear water in the direction of Cap de Bregancon. The marina with restaurants and stores is about 1km away. From there, boat trips to the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros - highly recommended! On Port Cros, a scenic nature trail leads to a beautiful beach with an underwater nature trail for snorkelers. The town of Hyeres is approx. 12 km away and can be reached on a cycle path. We really enjoyed this region.Automatisk oversat.
Automatisk oversat.
