I have known this place for years and always like to visit it when the opportunity arises. La Milleraye-sur-Seine is located directly on the Seine, close to the Pont de Brotonne in the Foret de Brotonne. The Camping du Parc has generously sized pitches separated by high hedges. The grass is immaculate,... but unfortunately there is no shade. In the mornings and evenings, a nice man from the local authority comes and deals with the paperwork in a very friendly and unproblematic manner. The sanitary building is no longer the newest, but is in very good condition. All in all, a pleasant site at extremely favorable conditions. The shopping facilities in the village are very limited. In addition to the bakery, butcher and post office, there is a small store that stocks the essentials. You can also get money and fuel at the small supermarket. The Parc Naturel Régional des Boucles de la Seine Normande is a very interesting landscape. An excursion along the Seine by bike or car is a varied activity. The Maison du Parc Naturel Régional des Boucles de la Seine Normande is located in the neighboring village, where you can take a look at some of the sights and get information about the area.
