For some sweet, we found it very unpleasant when you have to be careful where you step without a mouse sticking to your heel.
The main gate is closed until 8am so it is impossible to leave early.
Cameras are everywhere which should give a feeling of... security, for us it seemed more like surveillance.
Especially as I was told at reception that I was being watched when I chose my seat.
The many play areas for children and the sanitary facilities are positive.Automatisk oversat.Besvaret fra Camping Oase Praha August 31, 2021Yes, in 2020 there was a problem with mice everywhere in the Czech Republic. Luckily it's not anymore!
Yes, the entrance gate is closed to cars from 22:00 to 8:00. We do not want to disturb other guests. You can of course walk through at any time with the chip card.Automatisk oversat. - Hana K.July 2020PositiveAll of it!NegativIt's not.We go every year!Very nice campsite! Nothing can be faulted! - Peter S.August 2019PositiveLarge, clean pitches with lots of grass. Good restaurant. Beautiful pool area.Negativthe constant noise nuisance caused by an Airhokay table and the pedal buggies for children, which affected our premium pitch no. 37.The deliberate noise pollution has ruined the beautiful aspects of the squareI would like to share some impressions of this site here. We had reserved a premium pitch with its own small sanitary block for the end of August to the beginning of September. We were allocated pitch no. 37. This is located opposite the miniclub. Unfortunately, the noise pollution from an air field... hockey table in the open anteroom is particularly bad. The metallic "ping ping" noises for hours on end are an imposition. The pedal buggies with large tires also make a lot of noise on the rough gravel. The site is also located directly on the circular route and the children are constantly on the move. Therefore, we cannot share the experience of other campers about the quietness of the site. The rear pitches are certainly very quiet, apart from the noise of the country road. For a pitch booked in good time for a fee, which costs just under 60 euros a night, this deliberate noise nuisance is an imposition or almost a cheek. The pool area and restaurant, on the other hand, were very nice. The cleanliness was also fine. The proximity to Prague and the great possibility of excursions also make the place very attractive. However, you are dependent on a car or bus. A walk from the campsite is only possible on the busy country road. The staff were not unfriendly but there was never a friendly greeting with eye contact. All in all, a good, clean campsite by Czech standards with a few drawbacks that particularly affected us. We won't be back and can only recommend the campsite to a limited extent.Automatisk oversat.Besvaret fra Camping Oase Praha January 21, 2020We are sorry that you have been disturbed by the noise from the air field hockey table. This has a limited useful life due to noise. We are trying to think of another solution.Automatisk oversat.

- Gobi H.August 2019PositiveFacilities Cleanliness RestaurantNegativA little out of the way, you always need a car.Beautiful place for Prague and surroundingsAfter 2 weeks in Slovakia, we were delighted with a fully equipped CP. Anni was delighted with the free laundry in the fully automatic machine. The campsite offers a detailed service for all age groups. You can tell that it has been gradually improved. The pitches are large (100 square meters) for all... categories. If you want to go to Prague, you should take the P+R from the underground station in Chocov. If you only want to visit Prague, you should perhaps use one of the numerous city campsites. If you are traveling with your family and are looking for a complete package, this is the right place for you. Sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day. The restaurant is top quality for a campsite and relatively cheap. The average price for the pitch for the main season is confusing. We paid €45 with a dog, which is perfectly fine for this site in high season. One of our best campsites. If you want to stay longer in the Czech Republic, you'll find plenty of excursion destinations here. Ideal as a base camp for a one-week vacation.Automatisk oversat.
- Silke S.June 2019PositiveComfortable, well-kept place for a visit to PragueNegativRoad partly disturbingBeautiful place to visit PragueThis place has very nice pitches from large to very large very pleasant with lawn and many beautiful trees. The pool is well maintained and a blessing on hot days like ours.... The staff are friendly and speak several languages. You can reach the Prague Metro park and ride in 15 minutes and get into the city easily. Would also go by bus directly from the campsite... The only small disadvantage: the nearby street was quite noisy... The only thingAutomatisk oversat.
- Ricky S.May 2019PositiveVolleyball court, rope park, table soccer, children's and toddlers' playroom, buggy and pool.Negativwell, unimportantVery very relaxed and well equipped placeA very beautifully laid out and parceled out site. Some of the plots are very large and surrounded by beautiful hedges. Free buggy for big and small. Indoor pool for bad days and outdoor pool (was still in hibernation with us). Trampolines and lots of toys. Bus stop right by the campsite and you can... book tours directly at reception. Bread rolls are available at reception with a bakery service :). The campsite is very, very quiet, no car or train traffic. We can recommend this place without reservation, even if the janitor is a grumpy bear and doesn't get a "good morning" across his lips.Automatisk oversat.
- Eva B.August 2018PositivePrivacy Swimming poolNegativDon't forget to get a reducer for the electricity connection, there are some to rent, but not many, you may not have enough left.Maximum satisfactionThe campsite is one of the more expensive ones, but it has comprehensive facilities, several types of pitches to choose from, refreshments, a restaurant, swimming pools, activities for children and a dog is welcome. The campsite is not crowded, which is great, no one is peering into your plate like in other famous campsites.Automatisk oversat.

- Stephanie S.July 2018PositiveLarge pitches. Child-friendly. Extra dog walking pathNegativnoneGreat placeA beautiful square just outside Prague that combines culture with relaxation. The campsite has everything you need to relax. There is a small but excellent entertainment program for children, a pool and much more. The pitches are generously sized. Dogs are welcome. If you want to go to Prague, you can... easily do so by bus and streetcar. The campsite provides extensive information and good explanations on how to find your way through the jungle of public transport. We would love to come back.Automatisk oversat.
- Markus G.July 2018Positivefriendly staff, beautiful location with a view of the countryside and yet close to Praguebeautiful place near PragueThis place is not badly located for a visit to Prague. The bus stop is right by the entrance. It does take a little while to get to the center of Prague. There is also the option of driving a little way by car and then changing to the metro. But as we didn't want to take all the bikes and the canoe from... the car, we just took the bus. You can buy your tickets from the machine on the square, which is very easy and cheap. So you take the bus for about 30 minutes and then change to the streetcar, which runs very regularly from there to the center. So don't panic if you arrive by bus and see streetcar no. 17 about to leave, because the next one will arrive 5 minutes later. The streetcar takes another 25 minutes until the tour starts. But you can already see a lot on the way there. Perhaps the car/metro option is quicker. What we did notice, however, was that the bus service there and back is no longer as regular at the weekend. There is also a lot on the square for the children. You can buy bread rolls in the morning in the small store without pre-ordering. We really appreciated being able to jump into the pool as soon as we got home. We were glad that we had chosen a place with a pool and the long drive back was almost forgotten. Prague is of course worth a visit and we saw a lot in 2 days. The site is in a beautiful rural location and is also quiet. We have fond memories of our stay in Prague.Automatisk oversat.
- Rainer S.July 2018Bitterly disappointed .....We can confirm all the comments about the quality of the campsite, we have been here several times. That's why we also came to this site at the end of July 2018 when we unexpectedly and urgently needed accommodation on our way south. We also got a pitch ("the penultimate") for one night, price €49.90... for 2 people, car + caravan. It was a very large pitch ...., but we grudgingly accepted that it was twice as expensive as on our other visits. However, when we walked around the site later, we noticed that there were several smaller (normally expensive) pitches, all of which were still occupied by people passing through during the evening. We will never visit this site again in the high season ....Automatisk oversat.
- Susanne B.May 2018PositiveSanitary facilities super clean.NegativNonePretty little placeThe cozy place is manageable. We are here at the moment (mid-May) and the site is almost empty. It's in a super convenient location - not far from the metropolis of Prague and despite the busy road, it's not too noisy. Some of the pitches are divided by hedges and there are shady trees on the site. It... is low season, so the small store is not open. Bread rolls for breakfast are available at reception. The small restaurant offers a different daily menu every day and the food is very tasty. The sanitary facilities are TOP clean, as is the whole site. You can go outside with your dog through an extra door behind the playground. The path is short, but it is completely sufficient for a "quick pee-round" in the morning and evening/night. There is even a small lake about 1 km away where the dog can swim. For more extensive walks you have to drive further. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to visit Prague. We are thrilled.Automatisk oversat.

- Dagmar J.June 2017PositiveVery comfortable. Large pitches and a friendly welcome.NegativThe connection to the center of Prague by public transport takes 45 minutes without waiting time.Oasis PrahaCamping Oase Praha is characteristic of this excellently managed campsite. The reception is multilingual and friendly. I felt welcome and all questions were answered in detail and requests were quickly fulfilled. The showers and toilets were always clean and well maintained, as were all the other facilities... on the campsite. I also found the restaurant to be above average compared to other campsites. However, you have to be patient for excursions near Prague. The bus stops directly in front of the campsite, but it only runs every hour and takes 25 minutes to the next streetcar stop without waiting, then another 20 minutes to the destination. The return journey to the campsite can be time-consuming, as the bus only goes to the campsite every other hour. If you love peace and quiet, you can hardly find better.Automatisk oversat.
- Foto S.April 2017PositiveTOP sanitary facilities! TOP area!Negativthere were none for us.A campsite where everything was just right for us 😀👍Easter 2017: We had actually planned to visit destinations in Germany over the long weekend. However, the current and upcoming weather conditions gave us other ideas. A spontaneous, last-minute email inquiry brought an answer within a day, but there wasn't enough time to make a reservation. So we headed... for the oasis on the off-chance and were not disappointed at reception. The campsite was quickly explained in perfect German and a suitable pitch was found just as quickly. What we were able to experience over the Easter days exceeded our expectations. The camping oasis has now been in existence for 25 years and the operator celebrated its silver jubilee with all the campsite guests. So we were also in the big marquee and the camping oasis had invited us. Really invited! A band with international music, a colorful program, tombola, line dancing and, and, and. All drinks and food were included. We were simply surprised and many others were a bit tipsy 😉 - and so were we in the end. Now, by chance, we had gathered some above-average positive impressions here. But we saved the best for last! The site is very well maintained. The sanitary facilities are cleaned almost constantly. Excursions to Prague, by bus or in your own vehicle, are easily possible. You can also explore the surrounding sights - castles, palaces, the Vltava Valley. Every day there was a different destination for us - always with positive impressions. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Oasis.Automatisk oversat.
