UnfriendlyGreat place with a negative aftertasteVery nice place, each place has a fireplace and bench, unfortunately I can not share the opinion regarding friendliness, also heard similar from other guests, the reception is very short open, the employee is neither friendly nor helpful, mainly the cash register is right. I made a reservation for a... week, but left earlier, logically I pay for seven nights, but to charge for an additional car, small tent and additional person is outrageous, then the statement "if it's too expensive, we can go to South Tyrol, it's cheaper there". A journalist described it as a small Canada and this is exactly the right description. The site is terraced, so there are plenty of open views of the natural surroundings. You can make a campfire at every pitch, which makes the site so cozy and unique. The management is very... friendly and you are also very welcome with a dog, the walking possibilities are perfect. Hikes are easily possible from the site, and the town with shopping facilities and bus connections is within easy reach.Automatisk oversat.

Very clean sanitary and utility rooms. Small restaurant with outdoor seating (we didn't eat anything, but drank a fine Calanda beer). A parking space is available for guests arriving at... night (or after closing time). Nice staff who brief guests well. WLAN very good and free on most of the site. Firewood can be bought very cheaplyAutomatisk oversat.- Sebastian S.June 2012Extremely beautiful and natural site, spotless sanitary facilities (clean shower cubicles with heating & free hot water), fridge and freezer, fire pit and bench on each pitch (plenty of wood for approx. 2 evenings is available for 10 CHF). Shopping facilities either at the kiosk or in small supermarkets... in the village, approx. 1 km away on foot. The site is totally quiet - you can only hear the sound of the river. Ideal as a starting point for hikers and mountaineers in Val Müstair. Due to its remoteness from the big city, the campsite is also less frequented by partying young people, so you can sleep in until 10 am.Automatisk oversat.

- detlef s.July 2011Cozy, small nature campsite in the municipality of Sta.Maria. Located directly on the Umbrail Pass, but it was very quiet in the evening and at night. The operators were very nice and always helpful. Reception is only manned at certain times, arrival is possible at any time (even late). Sanitary facilities... are a little short but in good condition and clean. A rustic playground for the kids is on site and a community playground is nearby. Nearby. The fire pit at every pitch is brilliant, it creates a really great atmosphere in the evening. Beautiful hikes or mountain bike tours are possible directly from the site.Automatisk oversat.
