Very nice place. Everything is fine except: We were surprised by the toilet facilities. Only one ordinary toilet (Nordic standard) is available.

Nice place away from the tourist hustle and bustle
We came by spontaneously early in the morning without a reservation and there was no room available. However, the boss made every effort to find out who else wanted to leave that day. After waiting 1 hour we had a wonderful pitch with a view of the lake. Thanks to the ADAC Camping Card, we only paid... €19 per day for 2 people, including showers. If you're looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the lake, this is the place for you. However, access is challenging for large caravans.

Only one loo for the whole site is not enough, the other one was closed. The rest are standing toilets. Few pitches for camper vans
If you don't mind standing toilets, quiet place with a view of Lake Orta
We really liked the location on the mountain. However, the road there is not easy for motorhomes as it is quite narrow. It cost us a sidelight. The pool is more for children's entertainment and the lake is a good 25-minute walk away. Great for relaxing and hiking. There is also a nice restaurant right next door - Albergo Madonna Del Neve

Insider tip with panoramic views and tranquillity
The site is located approx. 3 km above Lake Orta in the hills (access road winding, sometimes narrow, but okay). Panoramic view over the lake from many pitches. Very quiet location, but not much going on around it, very hilly - good for hiking. Site operators very friendly and helpful, communication... rather bumpy (Italian, some English), but very cordial. Despite the site being fully booked, we still managed to get a nice corner on the meadow for groups. Infrastructure okay for us, lots of electricity/water connections, sanitary facilities in order. Nice playground for children available.

At byen ligger på toppen af en bakke, der for nogle vil være en udfordring at køre op ad med campingvogn. Men fortvivl ikke.
Autentisk charme
Der er campingpladser man helst vil beholde for sig selv, og derfor ikke fortælle nogen om den. Den her er en af dem. Autentisk charme i en afslappet atmosfære, og en vært, der tager opgaven helt bogstaveligt. Uden at være påtrængende er han hele tiden til stede i et omfang vi ikke tidligere har oplevet.
