Very full pitch - already in May; pitch this time under large trees; slightly chaotic pitch management.
The former large parking lot with... concrete slabs was extended and laid out with grass pavers. Older but relatively clean sanitary facilities.
Small restaurant, washing machine, WLAN (very weak and not usable).
A small grocery store in a container a few meters from the campsite.
The streetcar (lines 8 and 9) runs about 500 m from the square directly to the city center (tickets are no longer available at the reception, they can only be bought online or at vending machines in the city - not in Stogi), back to the terminus "Stogi Plaza".
Can get very noisy at weekends (parties in the neighborhood!).
Staff speak good English.

When there are a lot of people, 3 toilets and 2 urinals in the front area are not enough. Also no TV on the pitch. On the other side is also a Stogi camping site and therefore easy to get confused. Lots of garbage in the surrounding natureGood place for Gdansk and MarienburgAlways clean. Everyone is very nice. There's a lot going on at the moment. Music until 10 pm. The seats at the front have little shade and are right next to the action. The price is great and hot showers are included. The food is very good. A draught beer costs about 1.80 euros. The Baltic Sea is about... 10 minutes' walk away.
There are lifeguards on the beach. However, the water is not the cleanest.
The city center of Gdansk is 20 minutes away by streetcar. Unfortunately no ticket sales. Online apps don't work because of Polish phone number. At other stations you can buy tickets at the kiosk. Otherwise risk a fine and pay extra, according to the tip from the locals. There is good LTE reception on the site. Everything is also very dog-friendly. The boys mostly speak English. You rarely get any further with German. The site is "hilly" and also a bit narrow. There is a store and restaurant, the reception is friendly and we registered in advance. The sanitary facilities are clean, functional, complete and sufficient. The site is recommended if your destination is Gdansk.Automatisk oversat.

Snack bar available on the campsite. Disposal of camper van with sensitivity, because only narrow collection facility. No information at the nearby water tap as to whether drinking water is available. Currently somewhat difficult... to reach due to roadworks. Follow the signposted detour and not necessarily the navigation system announcements. Streetcar replaced by bus. The best way to visit the town is by public transport. - Yvonne J.July 2018PositiveA good place to visit Gdansk.NegativCleanliness of the sanitary facilities, narrow pitches.Short-term campsite.If you want to visit the city of Gdansk and don't have high expectations, this is the right place for you. The staff speak very good English and are friendly. The pitches are very narrow and the whole site is in the forest. The many trees demand a lot of driving skills from the campers. It's quite a... walk to the beach and far too far for us as a family. Wi-Fi was available free of charge, but didn't work on the whole site. Our children (16 & 17 years) were bored. What was less nice: the harbor not far away was clearly audible at night. The sanitary facilities were far too cramped, outdated, unclean and, in our opinion, too few in number. If you just wanted to wash or brush your teeth, you had to share the washbasins with the toilet users. The hot water was still prepared with coal and when the wind blew unfavorably, we had the smell of coal fumes in our noses. For campers who only want to stay for a few nights and want to get to know Gdansk, it's okay, especially as the streetcar leaves nearby and you can be in the center within 25 minutes. As a family, we paid €6 for the return journey.Automatisk oversat.

(30 min streetcar) At the end of Sept. we were almost alone there. Nevertheless, everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. The beach (approx. 300 m) is also very nice. Wlan is unfortunately only available near the registration. There is a small snack bar on site. The staff is very friendly... and some speak very good German. Very large, but quiet despite the many people, there are pine trees everywhere, you can get to the beach and the town quickly and you can have a good meal or drink in the evening. The staff were also extremely friendly and always helpful. The sanitary facilities are simple, but clean and completely adequate.Automatisk oversat.

There are three sanitary buildings in the complex, one of nothing only toilets, the others with showers. all clean and maintained. Buffet food cheap (5PLN hotdog and really good), soups, second meals. On the way to the beach... other options to eat at a normal price. On Friday or in person there is usually a mecheche on the nearby beach, so until 3 hours, but it doesn't affect the campsite anymore, it can be survived. We stayed for a week and we will definitely go again next year, everyone is nice and friendly and when we complained about disturbing the night, a remedy was very quickly arranged, and even that was done peacefully. Night time quiet observed, they also go around the campsite checking. Hot water at all times, free, wifi also, can connect free electrics to posts if staying. Barbecues available for all, kitchenette admittedly smaller, and perhaps constantly occupied. Looking forward to next time :)Automatisk oversat.

Super nice welcome at the reception. Everything in good German and other languages. Nice bistro on the square. Simple dishes and very friendly. Store good and sufficient. Wet rooms sufficient and clean. With the streetcar in 30 min without changing in the center.... Even better by bike 6.5 km on cycle paths. Streetcar tickets easily available on the square. To the beach 300 m. Gdansk is a very beautiful city. In addition to the obligatory highlights, we visited the World War II Museum. You should. Political dispute about it in Poland. Top museum and very reasonably priced. About 5 euros. The pitches on the CP were very cramped. Quite heavy. But that's fine for a city site. A camping park is currently opening opposite. Competition!!! If you drive towards the Stogi, you now have the choice: left or right. Please take your time. Don't drive up too fast. The new site will be more spacious. It also looks nice. But I think Stogi will adapt to it. We liked it here - despite the cramped conditions.Automatisk oversat.

The last 1.5 km are very good and then only another 100m of sandy track. The staff are really very friendly, some speak perfect German or English. The campsite is a typical Slavic hut camp, on which... some areas are leveled with grass pavers, so that there is room for about 35...40 Womos and Wowas. Awnings or even awnings cannot always be erected. Some pitches are in the 2nd row, so you have to agree with the people in the row in front of you when you want to go in and out. There are several sanitary buildings on the site, some of which are relatively cramped. At the weekend many locals use the huts, then it can get noisy. The terminus of a streetcar line is approx. 200m from the campsite, which takes you to the city center in approx. 25 minutes. Tickets are available at the reception of the campsite. There is no store for camping supplies and food, but there is a bread roll service. The snack bar/restaurant on the campsite was unfortunately closed. The beach is about 300m outside the campsite. There are a few bars and restaurants where you can eat well. Dogs are allowed to run free, which is unpleasant for non-dog owners. Sometimes you can hear noise from the distant shipyards or companies.Automatisk oversat.
