- Lisa G.May 2023PositiveClean, relatively new washrooms. Very nice staff, modern washing machines + dryersNegativThe campsite is separated by a large road, with an underpass for pedestrians. Depending on the location of the pitch, you can hear the road noise.Fantastic beach, beautiful campsiteGreat place, right on a beautiful bay, just a few minutes' walk to the long sandy beach. We will definitely be back!Automatisk oversat.
- Sergio M.August 2020PositiveThe location, the BungalowNegativRestaurant pricesAn impressive campground, to come back toThe campsite is beautiful and an example where to look at the other campsites.
The bungalow, the best we have been with a lot of difference in quality, is expensive but you pay agusto...
The location is good, close to Tarifa, the beaches...
The views from anywhere in the campsite are magnificent.
...
Everything in it is order and tranquility
The pool is small but sufficient...
The restaurant is a bit expensive, although they reduce 30% of the bill if you are in the campsite.Automatisk oversat. - Ulrich C.May 2019PositiveGreat view from the hillside. Nice pub right by the sea with great cervezza on tap! The tapas and food are also okay!NegativAs is usually the case: the dogs! I know a camp in "Waging am See" where dogs are generally prohibited: This camp is always packed!Beautifully laid outTwo areas: The "comfortable" ones are between the road and the sea, the individualists are on the terraced slope with a great view over everything. You always have to move around a bit. Here, too, it would be easy to separate the "dog area" and the "no-dog area". In August there is a general ban on dogs - why only in August?Automatisk oversat.
- Thomas K.May 2018PositiveDirectly by the sea with a great view Clean sanitary facilities Cheap# in the low seasonNegativVery windy Beach disappeared at high tideNice place with a view of the sea, but very windyBeautiful pitch with a direct view of the sea. I was there in the low season and had a pitch on the lower part right by the water. Wonderful view, but unfortunately always very windy, sometimes you couldn't leave anything on the table. The surfers are certainly happy. The sanitary facilities are a bit... older, but well maintained and always very clean. At high tide, the sandy beach right by the campsite disappears. There is a small market at reception where you can buy the essentials. Free WLAN downstairs at the restaurant and upstairs at reception. Reasonable price in low season.Automatisk oversat.
- Sebastian K.February 2018PositiveLocation, sea viewGreat campsite right by the seaGreat location, pitches with a direct view over the sea. Therefore also very windy. Ideal spot for kitesurfers.Automatisk oversat.

- Sylvie M.September 2013PositiveViewNegativWindFirmly in surfer handsWonderful location but what the surfer's joy is the normal camper's sorrow: the eternal wind. Nevertheless, we stayed a day longer than planned.Automatisk oversat.
- Achim S.May 2013A wonderful place! An absolute recommendation. We stayed longer than planned and will definitely come back here! The site is right by the sea, several pitches have a direct view of the sea - and sometimes a view of Morocco, weather permitting. (This makes us want to take an inexpensive day trip to Tangier,... a standard trip from Tarifa). However, the pitches with a sea view have no shade - and it can get quite warm and sunny here. Alternatively, there are many pitches in the forest and on the part of the site on the mountainside and at the Torre; not all pitches here are suitable for motorhomes (low branches or quite steep driveways and some small pitches). It used to be primarily a place for windsurfers with tents and caravans. And 5 amps at the power connection (= max. 1150 watts) is very little. - At the reception (on the mountain side) there is a small kiosk selling fresh baguettes, among other things. If you're lucky, German is sometimes spoken at reception. The sanitary facilities are surprisingly good and absolutely ok and clean (toilets with toilet seats and outside paper, showers spotless). There is a wonderfully located restaurant on the beach, but the prices are quite high - despite a 30% discount for CP guests. Incidentally, WLAN is available here free of charge, even without consumption. Tarifa is nearby, but there is no public bus and it is quite far to walk along the beach, but doable - you then have to "wade" through a small river, which can be as high as your belly button, so some people who don't want to wait for low tide turn back. Summary: As already written above: an absolute recommendation, not only for surfers!Automatisk oversat.
- Jürgen Z.March 2013PositiveGreat pitches right by the sea and great places on the mountain with an amazing viewVery nice placeThe place is divided by a road but very cool up on the mountain is a nature reserve you can make very nice walks thereAutomatisk oversat.
- oliver G.June 2012We were there in the off-season with a large caravan (7.6 m x 2.5 m2) and had no problem with the size on the lower part of the site, but it certainly also depends on the fact that it was low season. The location in the lower part is unique with a direct view of the sea. I found the sanitary facilities top for Spanish standards. The price is in the low season 2 pers 2 dogs WOWA and electricity with 23.00 Euro for me also i.O..Automatisk oversat.
- Sebastian J.September 2011The campsite is separated by the main road. One part is right by the sea, the other on the steep mountain behind it. With a good view of Africa - absolutely exclusive! Most of the pitches are not suitable for large motorhomes and caravans. But mostly well vegetated and shady pitches. Access roads really... very steep and sometimes narrow - at least in the part of the site above the road. You can't swim directly at the site, but it's always worth taking a trip to Bolonia ;) The prices at the restaurant are outrageous, even the 30% discount doesn't help! The surrounding area doesn't look any better - so it's better to cater for yourself.Automatisk oversat.
- Finn S.June 2011Just spent a couple of weeks at the campsite in Tarifa. The campsite is nice and beautiful. It's a good place to stay. The price is okay in the low season. Far too expensive in high season. Had to pay €35 from 1.07. Before that only €17.50. I'm traveling alone and from 1.07. I'm supposed to pay for 2... people?!?!! I don't think that's right and that's why I'm spending the last 10 days somewhere else. The price is certainly ok for 2 travelers. I would always like to come back in the low season!Automatisk oversat.
- Hans S.May 2010Although this is one of the oldest campsites in the region, it is a problematic site. Thirty years ago, there were more campers with tents and the caravans were smaller. The N-340 divides the site. It is the coastal road link from Gibraltar to Cadiz. The access to the site is not exactly pleasant and the pitches are between 50 and 70 square meters. The steep coast is not suitable for families with small children.Automatisk oversat.
