The ambience in the restaurant is super nice and the... food is delicious.
The sanitary facilities are a little older, but always clean and decorated with a lot of heart. You can see everywhere here that someone is going to great lengths to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In short, a very nice little campsite with lots of attention to detail in a great scenic location.

I have never slept so well and for so long in my life as on this wonderful spot.
Everything I needed for camping was there.
Dogs are free of charge and are lovingly welcomed.
The site may be a little dark for some,... but the reward of seeing the starry sky is unique.
The site is currently being redesigned, which the operators are gradually undertaking, which is certainly not easy in the current situation.

We always like to come here to relax and recharge our batteries and our dog is always happy and welcome here. People know each other here and like to sit around the campfire for a beer in the evening. The owners are welcoming and our personal highlight is the... log cabin restaurant. The food there is always fresh and delicious and the ambience is simply beautiful. The site itself doesn't say it has any stars but we give it 5+ stars because it really is camping. We spent a few wonderful days here and have never slept as well as we did here. The operators are extremely friendly and helpful and the staff are also super nice. A highlight is definitely the restaurant on site, very cozy and really delicious,... we ate there every evening and enjoyed our glass of wine in front of the open fireplace. In the morning we were able to walk our 2 dogs directly from the campsite into the woods, which are free of charge! The sanitary facilities are not the newest but were spotlessly clean and adequate. The site itself is beautifully laid out and decorated with great attention to detail everywhere. We can recommend this campsite without reservation and will definitely be back. However, we were not allowed to stand on the motorhome pitches, only on the tent pitch. The sanitary facilities are disgusting. The faecal sinks are right next to the toilet cubicles, which makes for an acrid stench and is certainly questionable from... a hygiene point of view. There are only 2 shower cubicles for each gender. There is only one possibility to dry your clothes directly in front of the washroom. This means that you undress next to the person brushing their teeth or washing up and then shower behind the peky shower curtain.
One of the operators (who also serves in the restaurant) is super unfriendly and very quickly makes you feel unwelcome. For example, she snapped at a young father because his little son wanted to swing on a rocking horse. This was decoration, but it was not obvious. There was also no friendliness in the service. The location and the friendliness of the operators can be rated as "very good", but that's it. The place is unkempt, the sanitary facilities urgently need to be renovated, but the cleanliness of the... toilets was fine.
Gray water can only be disposed of in a canister. There is no bread roll service on site, TV reception was not possible at all on our pitch, WLAN partially.
