For the shower time of 4 minutes for €1.50 with tokens, the water should also switch off when the water flow is stopped. It doesn't do this when you close the tap, which is why showering is like rushing.Small, nice operators, we'll be back!We will be back, but the showers, which is the only thing that really bothers us, should be charged correctly for the price. We know this from other places. Here you can see when the end of the shower time has been reached by the flashing frequency of the artificial box in the cubicle. Cold water also... remains open so that something can be played after all. Otherwise, as already mentioned, nice operators, overall clean place, some things cannot be avoided due to the amount of visitors. If something is missing, they always try to help and provide e.g. an extension cable or a power adapter. The site is beautifully situated on the water, you can hire canoes here, take trips on a small raft, swim etc. There is also a beaver tour and kingfisher watching. This is our 3rd time here and we will be back again in the future. The starry sky is simply unique.Automatisk oversat.

We were not disappointed and were totally thrilled with the warm welcome we received here. Volker and Anne, the campsite owners, do everything they can to make their guests feel completely at home. The adults... were able to go fishing right next to the campsite, as a canal runs past here. You can also hire boats at the campsite and then paddle across the canal towards the Elde and beyond. Our children also had fun with the goats, horses, donkeys and alpacas as well as in the playground. On Easter Saturday there was a very well organized Easter fire and on Easter Sunday there was an Easter egg hunt for the children. A playground was also set up for the dogs, where they could let off steam. The wash house was always super clean and although the site was fully booked, it was never overcrowded. There is a bread roll service with punctual delivery (7:00 am) directly to the caravan, which worked really well. There are so many nice and lovingly prepared details on the campsite, which shows how much love is put into the work here. We had a super great and relaxed Easter weekend here and will definitely come back again.Automatisk oversat.

The sanitary facilities are older but well maintained. There was a bread roll service, you get the rolls brought to your car. I thought that was really great! The campsite is not too big or too small and is beautifully situated in the countryside by a small river. There is a great barbecue area, a petting zoo for children and you can go pedal boating.NegativA dog meadow was advertised. It was there but unfortunately not easily accessible and not fenced in... Could be improved. You can still have a great time walking the dogs.Worthwhile!Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay at this campsite!

You can go cycling, fishing right on the doorstep, take raft trips, hire canoes/pedal boats and much more. Every Saturday evening there is a small event with food and drink on the barbecue area. Sometimes with a solo entertainer, with a ventriloquist,... sometimes with music from the band or a singing duo from Malliß. People even come from the town to the campsite for the Oktoberfest with knuckle of pork. The site is an oasis of peace.

We actually only wanted to stay here on the way there, but because we liked it so much we stopped here again on the way home. Part of the site is parceled out, but we stayed on the tent meadow at the back, which we really liked. It was... also very quiet there. The only small disadvantage was the slightly longer walk to the sanitary facilities. The barbecue area and playground at the front were livelier. However, we didn't hear anything about it. It's the little details that bring joy and that we really liked. For example, the telephone box as a library, the viewpoint with binoculars, the labels on individual plants and the information boards about animals, the explanations about natural features and the petting zoo. The snack bar/restaurant was open from 3pm to 8pm, so we didn't have to cook for ourselves in the evening. It was very tasty. The site is a good starting point for water hikers. Whether the number of sanitary facilities is sufficient for full occupancy We felt very comfortable. I would like to emphasize the friendliness of the owner. He has an open ear for everyone and helps wherever he can. Even the bread rolls are brought to the pitch in the morning. We got a pitch with our broken pick-up (on the way home) without any complications. Here, the vacation begins with a friendly welcome. The site is lovingly maintained, there are plenty of large pitches and a meadow for tents. The petting zoo is not only interesting for the little ones. The location directly on the canal offers great opportunities,... and of course the best thing is to sit right next to it and be served something from the restaurant at very moderate prices. The owners are so attentive and unobtrusive that I am always amazed. It's as if they read questions or requests from your eyes. And all the campers we have met are just as enthusiastic and therefore come back again. The permanent campers are also nice, the sanitary facilities are well maintained and equipped and the bread delivery service to the caravan is great. The owners are also happy to answer questions about leisure activities, for example you can hire a Trabbi or a pedal boat. The location of the site is totally romantic, right on a canal surrounded by meadows and woods, and there is a small restaurant with an outdoor terrace next to the reception. Home cooking is offered and you can sit very comfortably... with a view of the canal. You can feel that the place is owner-managed. Very personal interaction with the guests. Very nice campers on site who are easy to make friends with. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling, boating or car tours. Bicycles, pedal boats, paddle boats, stand-up paddle boards and a Trabbi are available. Everything can be hired for a... fair price. There is also a playground and petting zoo to keep young children occupied. In the surrounding area, Ludwigslust Castle, the fortress in Dömitz, the inland dunes in the Elbe valley or the high ropes course in Dömitz offer a suitable program for all ages and activity types. In a cozy restaurant at the campsite, guests are provided with cakes and warm home-cooked meals every day. On request, fresh bread rolls can also be delivered to the tent/... delivered. Not much has changed in the 10 years. But it doesn't have to if it's a good campsite. :-) Friendliness is still very important here. The bread roll service is unique!!! Fresh bread rolls directly to the door... TOP !!! - If you want to relax and... are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. There is a small petting zoo with a great ESEL.
