The campsite is very small and manageable, mostly occupied by permanent campers, with whom we made good contact straight away and had a beer together at the campsite kiosk at the end of the day. The operators are friendly and... always have an open ear. Cleanliness is a top priority on the site and the sanitary facilities were cleaned several times a day. the non plus ultra is of course the private beach area, simply fantastic, where you can relax and recharge your batteries.Automatisk oversat. - Steffen H.June 2020Positive- Prompt responses to inquiries - Close to the water and water access - Lake Constance cycle path runs directly behind the campsite - Kaufland 2km away - WCs clean but simpleNegativ- relatively small pitches, a caravan + car would not have fit without giving up the awning (caravan 7.2m long), but the owner immediately offered a solution - no sunbathing lawn or fine stones by the water - almost only permanent campers (90%) - even a self-brought standup is charged with 2€ per day, I don't understand that and in my eyes it is a rip-off. It was under the caravan! - Exit and entrance secured in addition to an automatic barrier also with a chain that must be removed manually at each entry and exit and then immediately hung up again, in the middle of a slope, unnecessarily complicatedVery beautifully situated, small plotsWe felt comfortable on this site. The owner responded very quickly and friendly to all questions and requests in advance. We were also greeted very politely and shown to the pitch. As the campsite is very small, there is virtually no pitch further away from the water than an estimated 20m. At the widest... point we are talking about 4 pitches in a row. The sanitary building was clean at all times. It is in good condition but also very basic. The pitches are really quite small in comparison. For us, this meant that we parked our caravan and an awning, filling the entire pitch (without a car). A supermarket for groceries can be reached by bike (2km) or by motorhome and caravan. There are specially designated parking spaces on the "left" side of the market. What irritated us was the fact that we had to pay an extra €2 per night for our own stand-up which was under the caravan. For what? That's an unnecessary €14 a week. Fresh water and gray water are not available for each pitch, but at a pleasantly short distance for communal use. But be careful, at least one camper misused this to fill his chemical toilet with water. Again!!! We immediately scolded him. Nevertheless... we always disconnected the hose at the tap and let the water run for a while before using it.Automatisk oversat.

Most of the pitches are for permanent campers, but you don't feel unwelcome or excluded. The campsite is beautifully situated on the shore of Lake Constance and on a road with hardly any traffic. - Volker M.August 2018PositiveLakeside location and the friendly and helpful operators who want to make the best of the areaNegativGravel roads Old sanitary facilities No driving at midday Slope No play facilities for childrenGetting on in years and not very well maintained+ well located directly on the lake - tiny pitches (caravan with awning just works, then there is still 1m of space) - gravel paths everywhere (but according to the friendly operator can not be paved because of nature reserve) - sanitary from the 80s unfortunately without shelves in the shower - slope... almost everywhere, with the caravan or mobile not bad there you can compensate well but if everything rolls away on the table while eating it is really annoying! NOTE: the helpful operator gave us wooden wedges to compensate for the slope! - annoying site owners who are constantly blaming that the car is now too far forward, 50cm back then it was good, tsss! - The worst thing is that you are not allowed to drive onto the pitch at lunchtime, the barrier remains closed from 13:00 to 15:00, such nonsense only exists in Germany! - NOT family friendly!!! No playground, no sandpit, simply nothing for children, apart from a table tennis table and a table football table in the gravel bed... nothing more comes to mind!Automatisk oversat.

Nice operators.Negativ--Wonderful little tent meadow right on the water!We have been coming here as a small group for several years and love this place! The couple who run the site always give us a very friendly welcome and are always keen to find solutions if there is a shortage of space on the camping field. The site consists mainly of permanent campers and is particularly... interesting for tourists for camping. You camp right by the water, so to speak. The sanitary facilities are always clean. Only the short time of the light timers is a bit annoying during longer toilet visits, but negligible. A hot shower costs 50 cents, but is really ample. If you're looking for a small campsite without all the frills, but with exclusive water access and friendly operators, this is the place for you! We would love to come back!Automatisk oversat.
