- Klaus H.July 2019PositiveBeautiful location on a lake. There are some great things for children (children's pool, children's playground, etc.).NegativToo expensive. Electricity is charged additionally. See comment for more information.Beautifully situated on a rather small lake, but...Much too expensive. Electricity is charged separately, which I was not told (€5/day). For a pitch (car and tent), 1 person, €36.30/night without electricity, quite a large pitch - but what do I do with so much space? - Simply too expensive. I mean, the pitch was not directly on the lake, there was little... shade, there were not enough power points (bring a cable reel!) and the beach was not a beach but a meadow. Well, the infrastructure is good for children. Nevertheless, I can't find any justification for the high price.Automatisk oversat.
- Gerd F.June 2017PositiveFriendly reception, beautiful location directly on the lake, large pitchesNegativnone foundBeautiful CP directly on the lakeWe stayed at the campsite for one night at the end of June with our tent as a stopover on the way to Provence and paid 17 euros with the ACSI card. The welcome was very warm. The sanitary facilities are clean. In the evening we got pizza from the restaurant on site. When we are on our way south again, we will stop off here againAutomatisk oversat.
- Vinzenz T.April 2016PositiveSpacious pitches, swimming pool, directly on the lake and very quiet location, restaurant on site.NegativNone known, at the time of the stay not everything was finished yet.Spacious modernized campsite right on the lake.At the end of April 2016, we visited the campsite as a stopover on our trip to south-east France. Contrary to the information in the camping guide, the site we originally intended to visit was still closed. As it turned out, however, this was not necessarily a mistake. The Detente et Clapotis campsite... is located at the northern end of the Lac du Paladru and can be reached from the A 43 via the D 1075. Under no circumstances should you follow the directions given by the GPS. This will lead you to a dead end. Coming from the north, you should take the N 75 towards Montferrat north of Voiron. In the center of Montferrat, turn right onto the D 50 C and then take the D 50 towards Paladru. About 70 meters before Paladru, turn left onto the D 90 to the south-eastern lake circuit and the campsites. We received a friendly welcome and, despite the fiercely cold wind, were shown to a pitch we liked by a young man at reception in beautiful sunshine. The site is run by new owners who are getting the campsite back in shape. At the time of our visit, not everything was quite finished yet. There are approx. 156 spacious pitches with 100 to 150 m² available for campers. Electricity with 6 to 10 amps is available. The prices for the pitches are within the usual range: https://camping-montferrat.premium.secureholiday.net/fr/8715/pricing Several sanitary buildings with the usual facilities are spread across the site. Some are new and some are old, restored. We used an old sanitary building, but it left nothing to be desired in terms of cleanliness. A washing machine is also available. There are also some lovely log cabins to rent. In front of the actual entrance there are pitches for motorhomes with electricity, measuring around 35 m². Croissants and bread could be ordered at reception. The planned restaurant had not yet been completed, and the outdoor pool, which had just been finished, was being filled with water. Because of the wonderful location directly on Lac du Paladru, the friendliness and helpfulness, we extended our stay. On request, we were recommended an excellent restaurant in the Hotel Des Bains in Charavines, a small town on the southern edge of the lake, which we gladly took advantage of. We can unreservedly recommend the site both as a transit site and for a longer stay.Automatisk oversat.
