Well suited for a relaxed beach vacation and families. Beach within walking distance. Unfortunately, bike hire didn't work out as all but one of the bikes were broken. The outdoor pool and playgrounds are simply fantastic for children. Despite its size, the site is pleasantly quiet.NegativAnyone expecting great entertainment here will be rather disappointed by the program and the offerings. However, this is not important to us at all. The nearest major shopping facilities are about 8 km away in Middelfart. However, you can get everything your heart desires there.Idyllically situated family campsiteWe have never seen such large pitches on any other campsite. Most of the pitches are fenced in with small hedges and despite the high season, the grass usually still looks pretty good. The hillside location allows a beautiful view of the bay from many pitches. However, maneuvering is not easy. Even as... the owner of a mover, you should take a closer look at some of the access roads to the pitches before parking. The site is mainly frequented by locals, and Dutch people are also often to be found. Germans tend to be in the minority, but this does not detract from the vacation feeling.
The sanitary facilities are very clean and are cleaned almost constantly. For some people, the unisex toilets may take some getting used to. It didn't bother us. There are also family bathrooms and two children's bathrooms. Overall, there are many families with small children here. There is always plenty going on in the playgrounds. However, this does not disturb the peace and quiet of stress-ridden parents, as the campsite is pleasantly quiet. Our children were particularly enthusiastic about the campsite's outdoor pool with slides. The beach is within walking distance, but you have to walk a few hundred meters. Bathers can expect a natural beach with no frills where you are usually pretty much on your own. You won't find any glamorous sandy beaches or beach promenades in the area either. If you're looking for something like this, you're better off on the Mecklenburg Baltic coast.

As we were guests in August, we had free choice of pitch. That can be nice on the one hand, but on the other hand you do feel a bit alone, especially the children. The various playgrounds and play facilities also invite adults to join in. The pool is very... inviting for swimming, but is quite cold, especially when it's still windy around it. The path to the beach is a bit awkward. The beach itself is not very inviting for swimming either, lots of rubble and plants and sometimes garbage in the bushes at the back. Vejlby Fed Strand Camping is more recommendable, as the beach there is also awarded a blue flag. Despite the rather high price for the campsite, the showers are only warm for an extra charge. That's a shame. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The paths in and to the campsite and up to the upper barrier are very narrow. If another caravan comes towards you, you have no chance of avoiding it, I don't know how this works in high season.Automatisk oversat.

The pitch, the facilities, the staff, simply everything was great. The site is terraced and slopes down to the sea. There are plenty of sanitary facilities, which were always clean. The pool area is not just great for the little ones. There are several playgrounds... especially for children and a petting enclosure with goats and a mountain. The location is quiet, but central for excursions in the Funen region. We have extended our stay here and made day trips to Zealand instead of moving. I have never experienced such a nice and friendly couple running the campsite. They live and love the place. Everything is clean and despite his age you only see the operator with a broom and bucket in his hand. Always tidying up and cleaning. There are great playgrounds all over... the site. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather we were on vacation for 2 weeks and it rained again and again and the wind was also quite cool. It was just too cold to swim or bathe in the sea. It was ideal with the swimming pool 2 minutes walk and the few rays of sunshine used. The price is included in the price of the campsite no matter how many times a day you go. - Ralf T.July 2016Summer vacation 2016We really liked the quiet location and the view of the Baltic Sea, which is possible from almost every pitch. The site is kept very clean, correct and very friendly. Only the regular lawn mowing of vacant pitches and the permanent campers at weekends can be annoying. The site is often used by families... with children, not least because of the outdoor pool. Due to the terraced location, caravans should be considerate of the coupling of the towing vehicle and, if necessary, seek the help of the site owner, who has a special tractor available. We didn't need it. WiFi is usable, but only available for a fee. Due to the rural surroundings, shopping in Middelfart or Strip is best (approx. 12 km). The beach and also the access were nothing for us. Better is the "public" beach about 800m away or even better in Vjelby Fed. Since the weather wasn't suitable for the beach anyway, we managed to get around the 2 weeks differently. Family with child (11 years)Automatisk oversat.

Campingpladsen har masser af aktiviteter og faciliteter som ligger godt spredt på campingpladsen. Pladsejerne er virkelig søde og hjælpsomme og får dig til at føle dig velkommen på pladsen. Skovlund camping har helt klart min anbefaling og ville råde andre til at overveje denne plads hvis i overvejer at holde ferie på Fyn.
