- Bernhard K.September 2017PositiveAway from the road. Well-kept grounds.NegativNone serious.Nice place away from the roadOur first campsite on our first ever stay in England. Very friendly welcome. A large meadow for tourists, roughly divided off with low fences. Sanitary facilities old but clean. Otherwise lots of mobile homes. If it continues like this, we look forward to the other sites.Automatisk oversat.
- Stephen D.July 2017PositiveProximity to the Euro-Tunnel and ferries.NegativNarrow access road to the CP.Very friendly receptionThe campsite is very well maintained with good infrastructure. The sanitary facilities are very clean but should be renewed.Automatisk oversat.
- Walter C.July 2017PositiveClose to the ferry, quiet and cleanNegativNot an interesting environment.Nice place near ferriesCP in the east of Folkestone, approx. 1.5 km from the village and the coast. Not a particularly interesting area, but well suited as a last overnight stop before returning to the mainland. To Dover 10 km. Beautifully laid out and well-maintained site with a number of mobile homes and - at the rear - approx. 50 tourist pitches on grass. No complaints about the sanitary facilities either. 23 £ all inclusive.Automatisk oversat.
- Thomas C.May 2015PositiveClose to the Dover ferry, very quietNegativNo store, no rolls!Relaxation after the ferry crossingQuietly situated site, 14 km west of Dover. Very easy to find. Parceled pitches on a green field with CEE electricity. VE directly at the entrance. Friendly reception. Unfortunately no store, no bread rolls! Not even within walking distance. For a stopover anytime again. 22 pounds (ok for UK).Automatisk oversat.
- Jens D.August 2014Positivevery good location to the ferries/tunnels quiet locationNegativSanitary facilities not very well maintained comparatively expensiveStopoverComparatively quietly located caravan park with very good connections to Dover, also due to its proximity to the A20. Pitches are reserved for latecomers on a board at the reception, simply pitch your tent in the tent area. Payment either by envelope (for early travelers) or the next day with the operator.... Operators are very friendly. Tent area rather small, but an ideal place for a stopover to or from the ferries/tunnels. Apparently it is also primarily used for this purpose. Sanitary facilities in a less well-kept condition during our stay. Price level high and not appropriate.Automatisk oversat.
- Jürg B.May 2014PositiveIdeally located for ferry usersIDEAL PLACE FOR FERRY CROSSINGFriendly reception and staff. Very well-kept grounds, large plots, quiet as it is away from the road. !! Don't miss the turn-off to the right at the bus station. Separate pitches for mobile homes. Sanit. Facilities ok and clean. For latecomers, reserved pitch numbers are indicated at the reception. Possibility to eat in the immediate vicinity. The place is ideally located from / to the ferry to Dover, about 15 minutes well signposted.Automatisk oversat.

Beautiful, large pitches for motorhomes, caravans and tents. All with electricity. The site is surrounded by trees and lots of greenery. The sanitary... facilities are clean and ideal. The laundry room is clean. The owners are very friendly. If you arrive after 8 p.m., the reserved pitch is advertised on a board. The store has a small selection.Automatisk oversat.
- Ulrich F.October 2010The site is located shortly after Dover and is ideal for an overnight stop. Easy to reach from the highway. Sanitary facilities clean and tidy. The owner is very friendly and even speaks some German. You can walk about 600m to a beautifully situated cafe. There you have a wonderful view of the English Channel.Automatisk oversat.
