- Catrine c.July 2024PositiveThe staffNegativThe cottages and the ownerCottage at Ormnäs CampingWe rented a 2 bed cabin after talking to staff on mobile. I asked why it said bad after 2 and 4 bed cabins. The answer was that they are not that bad but that it works well to live in them. Then you trust the answer. It also said that there was a refrigerator and hotplate and you take it for granted... that there are household utensils as well but NOT!
Why do you even have this then?
The cottage was really shabby and lousy with a large window in the door that could not be covered.
The refrigerator was a big crack in because there was an old hotplate on it. Flammable so it screams about it!!!
I complained and we then had to change to a 4 bed cabin which is ultimately a little better but thus so inept cabins that they should pay for living in them.
Have been told that they will be demolished and new ones will be built,. These would not even be rented out this year.
I have emailed them and also talked to the owner on the phone today. A man who had very bad treatment, his answer was "you can forget that you get your money back because it was not much anyway" yes over 3000 Swedish kr is a lot anyway I think. So bad answer and treatment.
This is false marketing so I will pursue this further.Automatisk oversat. - Angelika S.June 2024PositiveNice location, good space, everything you need is there.NegativThe beach is not that spectacular... rather small and a bit muddy.Nice campsite with small access to the sea.Good for a short stay. Everything was good and well maintained, but not that spectacular. I would look for something else for a longer stay.Automatisk oversat.

- Олег С.August 2015I recommend a visit to see the local sights.Camping very much liked, clean, despite the large number of campers, a place can always be found, cozy. Near a lot of stores with food. Very nice lawn.Automatisk oversat.
- Mar E.July 2014PositiveOn the water, independent choice of pitch, quietNegativLimited shopping facilities within 1kmGood middle class campingWe visited our first campsite in Finland and chose this one. We checked in at the registration desk and were told that we could pitch anywhere where there was no one else, but that we would have to pay when we checked out. So we looked for a suitable pitch. The campsite is located directly on the water... and is divided into two parts by a small hill. Each of these parts has the necessary sanitary facilities (WC/shower) as well as a kitchenette, sauna and children's playground. The store, which also serves as the reception, is furnished at a later date. There is an excellent restaurant right next to the campsite. This was also recommended to us by locals. Adjacent to the campsite is a nature reserve (oak forest). It is also worth visiting the nearby town of Ekenäs (Finnish: Tammisaari) to see the harbor or the old town with its beautiful wooden houses.Automatisk oversat.
