The pitches are pleasantly large, many are level, most have electricity and water connections are not far away. The disposal for toilets and gray water is perfect.
Catering is available from Thursday to Saturday evening (menu or... individual dishes). The food tastes excellent.
The sanitary facilities are new, there is plenty of space and everything is kept very clean.

johann k.June 2019PositiveVery good for relaxingNegativWe are still looking forextended weekendWe spent a long weekend (5 days) at the CP.weather and traffic conditions made access a little difficult (traffic jam at construction site, road closure due to flooding) so we arrived only at 19ooh.the signage is sufficient and after registration we could choose a place. After setting up we got something... to eat even though the inn was closed, we haven't had such friendly service and a very GOOD GULASCH for a long time. Every second Saturday is barbecue evening, which you must have visited. The pitch is marked with ground marking, electricity (CCE plug) and fresh water on site. The sanitary facilities are very clean and free of charge and are always cleaned (depending on the weather). Everything is separated at the waste island and very clean, there is a separate house with storage and paper for the supply and disposal of gray water and toilet. Shopping facilities are 4km away. There are also many opportunities for walks and various excursion destinations. We were in Zwettel in the indoor swimming pool, small but nice. It is a small but nice and very friendly campsite if you are looking for peace and quiet. Pitches parceled out, not separated. Ideal for dogs: you can walk your dog directly from the pitch into the surrounding countryside and don't have to go through the whole campsite... to get outside. If the weather doesn't play ball: there is a small but newly renovated, very clean wellness area with sauna, infrared and steam bath. Great for in between. Very friendly welcome and warm atmosphere. The young and very committed junior manager designed the 2-year-old sanitary area himself. The idea of lining these rooms with atmospheric self-made photos is very original... The sanitary facilities were housed in a large wooden building that... had previously contained horse stalls. The good "waste management" should also be mentioned. There are separate garbage cans for all types of waste and in the sanitary room there are two folding bins directly under the sinks for residual waste and organic waste. For campers who don't want to cook for themselves, a delicious evening meal is available by prior arrangement... Particularly worth mentioning is the possibility to use a sauna at reasonable prices... For mountain bikers there is of course a wealth of possibilities. All in all a special place. No empty words. As soon as you arrive at the Cp you feel at home. Surrounded by woods and fields, in the middle of the Waldviertel. Our children were the first to conquer the large stones. The sanitary facilities are unique, very nice and clean. In the toilets you have the... feeling that you are sitting in a field of corn or poppies. The showers are also well thought out and beautifully designed. We have already visited many campsites, but this one is unique and definitely recommended! We will definitely be back!
