Easy to reach, firm ground on the pitches

Aged sanitary facilities etc. But better than 38 years ago, when I stayed on this site for several days.
Aging place, centrally located
The site is conveniently located close to the city. Friendly reception. Sanitary facilities ok, clean, but getting on in years. Again, free choice of pitch, so many take up too much space for themselves.
The site has been enlarged and improved over the years; we were here 38 years ago, when it was still a small, inconspicuous site. From here you can also drive to the North Cape without a caravan.

Street noise, sanitary somewhat old-fashioned, WLAN only in the reception area
Good campsite by the river
We spent 2 nights here. It is the first place of 3 places in the same street. The welcome was friendly. We chose a pitch in the middle. The surface was gravel with coarse stones, which we liked a bit better than the grass closer to the river, as it was a bit soggy from the rain. The sanitary facilities... took some getting used to visually (small wooden cabins), but were spacious and clean despite the basic facilities. Only the lighting was a bit "twinkly" and showers are included in the price. The pitch was full in August. Sometimes you can hear the traffic from the road towards Kautokeino. From here you can go on beautiful hikes, e.g. Sautso Canyon WLAN is only available in the reception area
