We almost sank into the mud. The operator could do something about this. Make sure that the water drains off better and doesn't run unchecked from the paved paths onto the lower pitches. The reception is also understaffed in my opinion. But what particularly... annoyed me is the fact that the W-Lan does not work for 10.00 euros per week. In general the place is nice. It starts with the fact that every request by email is answered within hours, extra requests are considered as best as possible.
The campsite is very close to nature, so we were lucky enough to see beavers in the area almost every time. The pitches... are large and beautifully laid out.
The sanitary facilities are not new, as written in some other reviews, but they are still perfect. Everything clean, nothing broken. Always hot water. Absolutely perfect at this price.
The campsite is in a rural location but a very good starting point to explore the Bavarian Forest by bike (bike path along the river directly at the campsite) or by car.

Bread roll service from 8 a.m. with advance booking. Sanitary facilities: numerous cabins, always clean. Restaurant on site, but also several restaurants in the village. The site is used more often than not. WLAN for 10 € a week... catastrophic, a technician was supposed to come, so far no improvement, only early in the morning you had a network, after that nothing, unless you walk to the reception building. But that's not the point for a fee of €10/week. Plenty of excursion possibilities. After heavy rain some of the pitches are under water, this should be remedied.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.

The sanitary facilities are good and clean. The pitches are large enough, shady or sunny. There are no additional costs for the low Acsi rate of €18.
The Danube-Ilz cycle path runs right past the site.

The whole site could do with a bit more maintenance. (Cut hedges, mow the lawn)
Remnants from the past, such as the tennis court, which is still signposted, should also be removed.
The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities should also be improved overall.
The... room with the washing machines was so filthy that it was hard to believe.
Overall, actually a nice place, but somehow it lacks the passion of the operators for camping. During the day, the traffic on the road is muted, and the only disturbing thing we found was the monotonous noise of an excavator that occasionally drifted over from a distance. But... this is certainly only a temporary phenomenon. The outdated sanitary facilities were as clean as they were left... We always found someone there during opening hours. There is also a bread roll service. Despite bad reviews from previous guests, we didn't avoid the campsite's beer garden. No registration possible, you are always on your own, no contact person. If we had brewed gas, bad luck on this site. Then we were lucky, someone was there to check out. Sanitary everything is getting on in years and if nobody is there, nobody... cleans. Pitches muddy, please look for electricity. The welcome was friendly and warm, although we only used this site as a transit site. The pitches are large, parceled out and covered with a gravel surface. The sanitary facilities are large... and very clean. For vacationers there is a small swimming pool and a natural lake nearby. The village is approx. 1 km away. There are many well-known supermarkets and discount stores in the village. All in all, we would spend a 2-week vacation here. J. S.September 2011- Hans J.August 2011Pleasantly loosely laid out parcelling of many pitches, asphalted paths, also coped well with larger tandem-axle caravans. Pragmatic site management, just look for a free pitch outside reception hours and fill in the registration form, then everything else the next morning! Entrance barrier usually open,... which we found very good, you could sometimes arrive 5 minutes late. WLAN available, but too expensive, so we didn't use it. No UMTS reception, only "Edge". Nice and good restaurant. Bread rolls can be ordered the day before. Playground equipment could be swept more often (cobwebs etc.). Sanitary facilities a little older but perfectly OK. Nice outdoor pool adjacent. Bathing lake by car 1km, cheap entrance incl. hot showers, nice lawn, pebble beach (also suitable for small children) restaurant, kiosk, pedal boat rental. Lidl, Schlecker 3km away, numerous stores in the village. We liked it overall, stayed 2 weeks longer than planned, is recommendable!Αυτόματη μετάφραση.
