There was a bread roll service, you could have rented bicycles and a snack bar and restaurant were also available directly at the campsite. The staff at the campsite were also all very friendly.
The only unfortunate thing was that the employee at the kiosk had a bad day and called all the tourists a "pack". It was well attended. The sanitary facilities were tidy, despite the large number of people.
There is a small market for everyday items right in front of the campsite. So in November 2022 we sent an email to the campsite with a reservation and booking request. Two e-mail returns, they are not yet accepting reservation and booking requests,... I should get in touch in the New Year. So on 04.01.2023 I started my new request with my booking wishes, on 05.01.2023 then a rejection that they were already fully booked for this date, they are sorry!!!Αυτόματη μετάφραση.

Dogs are very welcome and there are many walking paths around the site.
The outdated sanitary facilities are full of spiders and cobwebs. The showers are calcified and... moldy and the washbasins are not clean either. There are no garbage cans in the toilets and no paper towels. Hot water was defective. Hygiene should be a matter of course in the current Corona situation.
The pitches are all next to each other and are not separated by e.g. hedges. Unfortunately, many people do not use the main path, but use the "footpath" between the caravans. So it often happened that you had guests in the "front garden" who meandered between the garden furniture.
The furnishings of the rental caravan were fine. I had booked a rental caravan from 04 - 11.09.21. This was confirmed to me by email and I was assured that the contract would be sent to me. The contract never arrived, so I wrote further emails asking about the contract. These emails were not answered.... At first I couldn't reach anyone by phone either. When I finally got Mrs. Mackeprang on the phone, she told me that unfortunately she hadn't gotten around to answering me yet and that she had rented out the caravan I had been promised twice. That's unpleasant, but it can happen. But what I don't understand is that I wasn't contacted immediately so that I would have had the chance to look for other accommodation. I was then offered a recreation room on the campsite, where they would have put a bed for me, or a staff apartment on the Mackeprang family's farm. None of this was an option for me and my desire to spend my vacation at the Niobe campsite was limited. I won't be booking any more vacations there.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.

A small, well-kept pitch. The pitches are grassy and have water and electricity connections.
There are plenty of showers and toilets in the sanitary building. There was no bottleneck despite the vacation season.
Cleaning was carried out several times... a day, so everything was always clean.
The beach is right next to the campsite and is great for swimming in the Baltic Sea.
The small supermarket offers everything a camper needs.
The reception is super friendly and helpful if there is anything to help with.
On arrival you get help to find your pitch.

- Florian G.August 2019ΘετικάAhoy! My partner and I spontaneously went to Fehmarn for one night after watching the Baltic Sea in flames in Grömitz. After a phone call, Niobe was very happy to accommodate us. The place itself is cute, the little corner store has everything you need and even provides wheat-free bread rolls (thanks again for that!) The arrival, registration and stay were problem-free. The campsites have electricity and you can borrow an extension lead - if available. Niobe is right by the sea, which was a maximum of 70 meters away from our campsite. The wash house is older and is home to a lot of spiders and spider webs, but that's also nature! Showers are cheap and the hot water runs almost forever. Really really great! 😍 You can leave and enter the site as often as you like by car, parking is easy right next to the tent. Above the beach was a very well-developed cycle path which led to the next pitch/place, flanked by nature reserves with special plants and animals. We will definitely be back ☝🏼ΑρνητικάThe beach is very stony and there is no stone-free access to the sea. Wherever you try on the shore of the campsite, you first have to overcome about 50 meters of stones in the sea to get to the sandbank/swimming area. This is a great pity, as we simply couldn't get into the water without breaking something with bad luck. A footbridge in the water made of sandbags or generous clearing of the stones would definitely help...Spontaneous vacation Fehmarn 2019Easily accessible, cute and quiet place, mega friendly staff who make almost everything possible, and clean surroundings. The grocer responds to extra requests (wheat-free rolls/bread).
Tent pitches have electricity and I believe a W LAN is also available.
Low season is great value for money and definitely recommended.
The beach is rocky, the sea even rockier. Unfortunately we did not get a discount on the ADAC Camping Key Europe (CKE) in the off-season. On other campsites on Fehmarn this is a matter of course. On the next Fehmarn vacation we will go to another campsite about 5 KM west of Niobe. It's... a bit cheaper. The sanitary facilities there feel brand new and the site is more modern. Good value for money!ΑρνητικάToo many dogs on the pitch, resulting in a sometimes very annoying noise level due to the barking and yapping.Very nice campsiteWe were back on this site in September after many years and I was amazed at how well it has developed, from the sanitary facilities to the layout of the site, everything has become great and it is kept clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly. What we didn't like were the many dogs, you had the impression... that there were more dogs than people on the site because there were often two, three or even four dogs. The barking and peeing everywhere where children play sooner or later was annoying. We love the location, the peace and quiet, the cleanliness and the friendly treatment of the guests. As we can easily keep ourselves busy on our own, we don't miss the entertainment offered in many places at all. Our 14-day stay in May also offered us great weather and very nice neighbors.
