Camping am Röcksee !!!!
We were with the motorhome on the campsite with the place no. 10 but only 3 days actually had more planned!
First of all, the restaurant was very good and the staff including the junior manager were very helpful and friendly.
But the campsite you stand between permanent campers and trees that is the... view except 3 places on the lake and 3/4 premium places for about € 40 !!!!
The sanitary facilities are clean but getting on in years and the light only works with a motion detector at the entrance door so it happened to my wife that she was standing in the dark while showering?
For dogs you pay € 4.- without anything in return (dog bags etc.) Children up to 5 years are free and the showers and go to the toilet????
The lake with its overgrowth was not inviting for a swim either.
And when paying we calculated for 3 days/nights according to the price list with € 86,40.- (10.- pitch,8,20.- per pers. 1,20.- tourist tax) but we paid € 101.- I was too perplexed to complain and behind me were still a few departing. The only way I can explain this is that Mrs. Röck charged € 15 per day for the pitch, but I don't know why.
All in all, we will give this campsite a wide berth in future, but not the restaurant.

Pure relaxation
Quiet - few tourist pitches - permanent campers very friendly, quiet and the permanent camping pitches are extremely well-kept and beautiful to look at. Swimming lake very clear, partly algae and seaweed which is removed daily by hand by the CP team. CP restaurant excellent good cuisine.
The sanitary... facilities are not the newest and the shower heads could be descaled a little, but everything was spotlessly clean.
It was a relaxing week and I will certainly visit this site again.

quiet, rural campsite
We were greeted very nicely by the waiter and allocated a pitch. This was only a few steps away from the lake. The natural swimming pond was very nice and the campsite was generally very clean and quiet. The sanitary facilities are a little older, but very clean and well maintained.
Tip: make sure you take a camping adapter with you for the electricity!

I am surprised
We came across the campsite out of necessity. But the overall impression surprised me. I particularly liked the fact that the campsite is on a small idyllic lake. The food in the restaurant is very good and the staff are friendly. We were only there for 2 nights, but I was very satisfied.

small place, nice and quiet
Mainly for permanent campers and bathers. There are a few pitches with shade from old trees. The sanitary facilities are clean. We come almost every year for a long weekend, for a "summer retreat". The restaurant is quite good and also offers fresh pastries in the morning. The grounds are older but well... maintained, the staff are nice and helpful. It's nice to cycle along the Mur. Unfortunately, the lake gets algaey in hotter temperatures. You can also fish in the lake.
