Jedesmal hatte Fuussekaul sehr viel zu bieten mit Indoor-Spielplatz, Pool, Trampolinen, Grillstellen für Stockbrot,... Badesee ganz nahe und tolle Wanderungen im Müllerthal. Great activities for children and everything you need right on site (supermarket, bread service, restaurant, snack bar and even gas bottles can be refilled). The bus and train from the campsite to the reservoir and Luxembourg City are free (!). Practical,... as the car can be left behind. As we unfortunately had a few rainy days, the new petting zoo and the large indoor playground were great

Our children especially liked the varied entertainment program, where they were picked up by tractor and then offered different programs (broomsticks, mini-farm, mini-disco, ...). Hand dryers are all broken.Not what it used to beWe had booked a comfort pitch, but comfort was far from it. Waste can only be delivered to a container behind the reception. That means walking more than 1 kilometer from our pitch (510 meters there and 510 meters back. To dispose of the garbage bag one has to climb a flight of stairs. They have never... heard of safety and environment at Fuussekaul. There are big holes in the road and on the campsite there are constantly old tractors with children on the back. Nice entertainment for the children but not for the guests who have to sniff the dirty diesel smoke. There is overdue maintenance. On our pitch the grass was almost half a meter high. Stray dogs cause a nuisance. You can wash your hands on the toilet, but you have to bring your own towel.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.

Good reviews and the stated dog-friendliness made us drive here. All in all, we were satisfied. The staff were always competent and friendly, even in stressful situations. The supermarket close to the site and the culinary offer are top, although you have... to get used to the pricing in Luxembourg ;-)
The large sanitary facilities in our area were spotlessly clean at all times of the day and night. Our dog also felt very comfortable in view of the many other dogs. The surrounding area is great, there are plenty of leisure activities.
The background noise from the main road in front of the site entrance was not so nice. You get the impression that races are also held here at night. In addition, the lighting on the site is rather poor for "non-eagles". Perhaps the campers should be asked to be a little more disciplined when driving (at speed) on the site! And dog owners should remove the droppings of their four-legged friends.
Anyone looking for peace and quiet is in the wrong place here. Pleasant reception, staff with good knowledge of German, very friendly. Ordered and paid for the delivery service for baguette (€ 1.80) and croissant (€ 0.80). Always delivered shortly after 08:00, very good quality and quite large.
Large comfort... pitch with its own electricity, water and waste water supply. Sanitary facilities clean, children's area very nice. Several playgrounds, trampolines, round trips with old tractors. About 10 of them on display and in use. Price in low season € 19 00! Price/performance TOP! Any time again. There is a nice restaurant right next to the reception, not so cheap, but the atmosphere and food are very good. Making rabbits. Cinema evening with popkorn (reserve in advance) with mask and distance Very well done. Sanitary was clean and nice. The pitch was very uneven, some of the wedges didn't help much. Withaccommodation... such as mobile homes and cottages available. All in spielparadise about 10 mountain up with bike. Was unfortunately closed, corona. Store at the gas station available. Prices ok. Gas bottles can be refilled on site. Just ask at reception. We didn't find any cycle paths. Remote. Nearest town is Ettelbruck.
Small outdoor pool, but really very small. Plenty of playgrounds available. Dogs allowed. Trampoline and table tennis table free of charge.

The children are picked up at the campsite in a tractor with a trailer with an attendant on it and then go to the indoor playground to do crafts and play, after which they are taken back 👍🏻

The campsite is more of a bungalow park with a campsite. The site has a total of 8! sanitary blocks, two of which are in the separate naturist area on the other side of the road. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Kids are picked up twice a day by the Fussekaul-Express.... On the opposite side of the road, which can be reached safely via a tunnel, there is a huge play area for the little ones, a supermarket, a camping store and a hairdresser. There is also an extra pitch on this side of the road for almost 40 motorhomes, which was full every evening. Beautifully laid out camper van site right at the entrance to the campsite. Showers can be used for €0.75, large supermarket on site, fresh bread rolls every morning. Bonus system: after 12 nights you get 1 free night + gift from the campsite. On arrival we received great route suggestions, we drove 2 of them, highly recommended! - Gerd H.August 2013We spent 2 weeks at Fuussekaul this summer with our children (aged 3 and 7). The campsite is a dream for families. Every day the children were picked up by the Fuussekaul wagon and taken to the arts and crafts/mini disco. Beautiful, themed children's sanitary and great indoor playground over 5 floors.... The children didn't want to go home at all. The swimming pool is small, but it's enough for splashing around. The large Obersauer reservoir is only 5 km away, where you can spend a wonderful day swimming in summer. There are various leisure pools in the immediate vicinity. In summer the children can bake their own pizza once a week and there are nice and inexpensive excursions on offer. Otherwise a great entertainment program for young and old and friendly staff!Αυτόματη μετάφραση.
Bodo B.June 2011We were there over Corpus Christi from 22.6-26.6.2011. A generously laid out site, but more mobile homes for rent than caravan and camper pitches. The sanitary facilities (sanitary building 3 incl. sauna) were not overly clean, but you could use them. The shower tokens are supposed to be enough for 5... minutes of hot water, but not for me! No matter which shower I used, the hot water was gone and I hadn't soaped up properly! The children's bathroom, which is also in Sanihaus 3, was closed for repairs. My daughter showered in the next room, but it was too cold. Due to the weather, there was very little to nothing going on, mainly an older crowd. There should be more guests from next week (vacations in Luxembourg). The people at reception are very nice, no matter what question you have, there is always a friendly answer. There is a supermarket across the street that has everything. Prices are reasonable (except for meat for the barbecue). There is also a camping equipment store. (Berger) The surrounding area is not suitable for cycling tours, as it is always along a busy (and very fast) main road. And always uphill and downhill. Our conclusion: A place to visit, but there are nicer places in Luxembourg.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.
