Quiet location directly on the lake

Very narrow. Elevations where you have to be careful not to sit on, sanitary very spartan, clothes have to go into the sink before the shower.

Beautiful place right on the lake. Good for relaxing. Very nice operators. Coin-operated shower for hot water. Mainly permanent campers.

We have our own home on the campsite and everything is top restaurant on the campsite can be highly recommended the new owner makes it very good suuuper and management very friendly the campsite can only be recommended

Campsite in order
The sanitary facilities were clean. Unfortunately, there was only cold water in the shower. However, a shower token for hot water could be purchased for 1 EUR at the reception (20 liters of hot water). After inserting this token, about 10 liters of hot water came and the rest was cold. When we asked... the campsite management, we were told that they already knew this and were refunded 0.50 EUR. In addition, only 2 showers were open, the others were locked when we arrived. Unfortunately, there were also almost no toilets, only "standing places" (looked like a shower with a hole). We were also not offered many places to camp on arrival, as the site was mainly occupied by permanent campers.

serenity
i was there for 40 days..wonderful location because on the bay clean water and beautiful scenery but the clientele is elderly and many residents...nearby you can see many beautiful places the wood, novate lake, val di mello, and chiavenna spluga pass i recommend it to those who do not want to go too far...mauro

Arrived outside office opening hours. The restaurant owner asked about my request. He immediately picked up the phone and spoke to the campsite manager. She kindly showed me the campsite by the lake with all the necessary information. I was treated very kindly in the restaurant, the food and wine were... good and reasonably priced. The café deserves extra praise, they have a Portioli with one of the best cafés there is. The place and the other guests were fine throughout.

The campsite is dominated by permanent campers, but there are a few tourist pitches. The sanitary facilities are very clean, the beach is also very clean with gravel, and there is also the possibility of depositing a sailing dinghy. There is a small cafe, but nothing else, Colico offers everything. Price... 2 adults 1 child (10 yrs) caravan car EUR 25, - is absolutely okay. PS: the neighbors were all Italian, it was very nice despite the language barrier.
