That's why we only give it top marks :)Αρνητικάwe have not detected anyWinter camping over Christmas and New Year's EveGreat location, our pitch was directly on the Rur, half gravelled, perfect for unsettled weather conditions, especially in winter.
Self-service store and restaurant on site and open on all days, including public holidays, including bread roll service.
Sanitary facilities all new and very clean.
Sauna... on the pitch very relaxing, as you can book it for yourself and it is completely private.
Gas bottles can be changed on site without any problems.
We always found the good mood and atmosphere on the whole site extremely pleasant, the service at the registration desk and everywhere else was excellent. Everyone is very friendly.

We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to our pitches. We stood on an unpaved meadow not far from the entrance area. We felt very comfortable on the pitch and will definitely go there again. The operators are both... super friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are good and were always very clean. The pitch is relatively large. There is a nice playground for children with a large chess board and boules court. There is also a restaurant on the site, which we visited the evening before we left. There were nine of us registered there. Unfortunately, it turned out that more than half of the dishes on offer were not available. However, we were only informed of this when we had already ordered. This was not quite so fortunate. However, it has to be said that the food that was still available was delicious. A small point of criticism about the site is that the pitches on the meadow were very soggy and muddy due to the weather. A new drainage system might make sense here. The comfort pitches, on the other hand, made a really good impression. We will try to get a pitch there on our next visit. My mother was also there and was accommodated in an apartment directly above the sanitary building. The apartment is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. We regret that the menu in the restaurant was shortened over the holidays and that this was inconvenient for you. We are sorry that you were not informed of this until after you had ordered. We were happy to pass on your feedback to the restaurant for future improvements. Glad to hear that the food that was available was still delicious! The restaurant Hetzinger Stüffgen is independent and can be rated on Google. Would you like to modify this and, if necessary, consider whether the 4-star rating can be upgraded for us?
As far as the pitches are concerned, we take your feedback seriously. We will consider with the owner of the Burgblick campsite how to improve the conditions in bad weather. It's great that you are keeping an eye on the comfort pitches and would like to reserve a pitch there on your next visit.
We're glad your mother had a good experience in the apartment above the sanitary building - it's always nice to hear when our guests are happy with the accommodation.

Unfortunately, Hetzingen was fully booked after one phone call.
