Would not recommend this to anyone who wants any level of privacy. Literally a yard between us and the next caravan and problems if you have an awning. Nowhere to park your car. Any good municipal site in France is infinitely better than this site. Lovely views are not enough. Superb facilities etc but that justice not enough. Would not return. Would not recommend.

The access road to the site is quite narrow in places. If two caravans meet, one has to back up. The site itself is very quiet with a wonderful view of the Atlantic. The pitches are large enough and grassy. Sanitary facilities, pool and generally very clean... and well-kept. The supermarket has everything you need. We can't say anything about the restaurant. - Markus G.August 2014Beautiful place with a great viewBeautifully situated pitch with a superb view of the Flysch cliffs. (Pitches D1- D7 and some in area I) The pitch is located above the sea. The nearest beach is in Deba, which can be reached either by car or by bus from the campsite. The new sanitary building is very nice and is cleaned properly. Super friendly staff.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.

The bar offered a good selection of tapas food and provided a good setting to enjoy a drink while watching the sun set. My children loved the swimming pool and play areas. I would definitely recommend this campsite for both families and couples visiting this part of Spain.
- Philipp F.June 2010Beautiful site on a high cliff/steep coast above the Bay of Biscay, close to the Deba/Itziar highway exit. The highway, however, runs through a narrow lane, so that only in unfavorable weather conditions a traffic noise can be heard. Otherwise only birds and the cows, sheep, goats and donkeys on the... pastures and in the woods all around can be heard, and the roaring sea. The sanitary facilities are clean and tidy, although not exactly Northern European standard. Showers are new. In heavy rain, the pitches can get quite boggy, probably due to the somewhat clayey soil. Very friendly, helpful, down-to-earth Basque operators. WiFi around reception is unencrypted. Lots of Dutch, British, French, German stage overnighters in low season (frequency in that order), all keen to be up front with the beautiful views of the coast. Good shopping facilities in Deba. I was there from 11-13.5. + 10-12.6.2010 and in previous years on every trip to and from Galicia.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.
