Uwe S.August 2023ΘετικάFriendly and competent reception, very nice service in the bistro.ΑρνητικάBetween the many motorhomes, you feel like you're in a US-American social housing estate. Two sanitary blocks, one without showers. There are only four or five showers per gender in the sanitary block by the reception - for the entire large campsite! Once you have finally reached the house after a long hike, you need a 2-euro chip to take a hot shower. Hot water for washing dishes costs 50 cents. Then very hot water runs continuously for about 2 minutes from the tap, which you can't turn off. But the toilets are the worst - in my entire life I have never experienced such cramped cubicles where you can hardly turn around. What's more, all the toilets were empty at around 09:00 during our stay...... and it smelled like a cesspit. We left after two days, even though we had booked for five days! And the beach was 500 m away - it took us just under 20 minutes!Underground - never again!Once again, because the system requires a supplement. Never again: toilets extremely cramped and dirty, inadequate sanitary facilities, 2 euros for a simple shower and 50 cents for some hot water to wash dishes.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.- Arjen F.July 2022ΘετικάThe site looks very promisingΑρνητικάPlumbing incredibly filthy. There are 2 fields available for trekkers. But the campground is not set up for this.
The facilities are out of date (old and dirty plumbing).
Finally, you are rudely dismissed by the campground staff.
All in all, this campground is a must-see. - Armando G.June 2019Unpleasant, disagreeable, finally uncomfortableRude and arrogant owners, unwilling to meet customer needs. Reception opening hours (9am-5pm) are not flexible at all and insufficient for a passing tourist and not a permanent one. 30' of waiting time for the checkout, and impossibility to leave early if you need your deposit cash back. Old and dirty... basic caravan. Very expensive hot showers: 2.5e for 1 token! Restaurant and bar closed for the whole weekend for a wedding event: unacceptable not to allow customers to have this service. Uncomfortable position, even if by car: far from the sea, from the town, from the walks. Avoid it. In general, avoid Blankenberge, unless you like concrete (the coast is dotted with tower blocks), or if you want to visit Bruges without paying for the overnight stay in Bruges.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.

Andreas W.November 2013The campsite was only open to mobile home owners. At least there was a motorhome pitch where you could also park your caravan. Unfortunately, a 30m cable drum was not enough - electricity from the neighbor. One of the two sanitary buildings was open, but: no heating, no hot water, no toilet paper, shower(s) closed, not even a washbasin for the men.
