We were able to arrive a day early on short notice.ΑρνητικάThe announced burger food truck unfortunately had too few products. But that's not the site's fault.8-day stay via Biathlon 2025We were looking for a campsite that was open all year round. We arranged to meet up with friends at short notice and off we went. We had originally booked a day later, but we managed to get through with the caravan, so we arrived a day earlier. We called the Bichler family from the road and it was no... problem at all. After registering - we didn't actually register until the afternoon - the boss took us to the pitch with the 🚜. Our friends were allowed to drive straight there with their four-wheel drive. We passed the sanitary building with drying room and kiosk. Everything important and new was also displayed in the shop window.
After setting up and taking our first photos of the surrounding mountains, we had a nice cup of mulled wine.
Great and clean wash house, good bus connections.
We will be back. Absolutely.

Even an (unfortunately involuntary) extension of four days was unproblematic. Even... shopping requests were fulfilled, as we were completely laid up due to illness.
We would love to come back.

are super friendly and make everything possible for the guest.
The site offers something for everyone, we have been coming here with our motorhome for a long time.
And now, after a long wait, we are permanent... campers.
I've been traveling to Ruhpolding since I was 14 years old and I can't get over it.
Although the campsite has been around for a long time, the very well-kept site is in top condition.
The many hands of the hard-working people here make sure of that.

Well located. Ruhpolding and Inzell... within easy reach. It's a beautiful area anyway with lots of opportunities for activities. The free Chiemgau card for guests is perfect. We were happy to use it.

Bread roll service from Monday to Saturday. There is a drinks machine with chilled drinks.

I have visited a few campsites on my cancer tour, which were also very nice, and I have also been to places where you are charged 5kw of electricity for a small compressor fridge for one night. As already mentioned, I have been to a few campsites but the Ortnerhof was the best, I will always go there again when I am in the area! Many thanks for the wonderful time! We were there with the motorhome and found it very practical that you could use the village bus directly from the campsite free of charge. (See Chiemgau map)
