Large height differences in the campground

The campground is next to an old fortified town and has its own parking lot. This is at the top part of the campground. Next to the campground is a parking lot that is for residents of the town. Advice is not to park there. It is a terrace campground which means that it can be difficult for older or... less mobile people to reach the sanitary facilities. The swimming pool is at the highest point of the campsite. There is a self-service bar where you write down what you use. Every day the washrooms are well cleaned. The campground is car-free and therefore well suited for families with small children. The town of Coreglia Antelminelli has a small supermarket, for large purchases you really need to go down to Gallicano. In the immediate vicinity you will find the towns of Lucca and Castelnuovo di Garfagnana. Historical surroundings with a lot of reference to the past. Good hiking possibilities in different gravity categories, a trip to the sea, a cave visit or a visit to fashionable Carrara are among the possibilities.
