Mario K.March 2025Once again very nice 🤩We felt very comfortable again. It really is a very nice facility. We would have two suggestions, firstly the TV is very very small and it's really no fun to watch it. Secondly, a 2nd, 3rd pan, a toaster and possibly a capsule coffee machine would be great. We really like your site. It's great that you now also have a store on site.
However, there is no shelf in the ladies' showers. As a spectacle wearer and quite visually impaired without my glasses, it is important to be... able to put my glasses in a safe place. A small shelf is not a major cost factor and should be a matter of course for your standard. Perhaps this is a good suggestion for you. The water took minutes to heat up. At night the radiators were very loud, even though they were turned off, so the nights were very restless. The beds were also very uncomfortable, both in the bedroom and the sofa bed. The tone in the emails about the desired... behavior of the guests and also the pre-check of our apartment frightened us. We had our own bathroom, which was very nice. The new supermarket is stocked with fine products and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Since it was fall and usually not the best weather (not even for hiking), we missed a somewhat larger wellness offer.
The cancellation policy was very uncompassionate and not very accommodating.
