The premium pitches have their price but the location and size are absolutely great.
Water and gray water drainage was on the plot and the bathroom/WC (we had a private bathroom) only a few meters away from the motorhome.
There is a washing machine for the dishes and a camping butler... for the chemical toilet.
The site is beautifully nestled and very quiet at night.
Kramsach is within walking distance. There is also a bus stop just a few meters from the campsite.

The... service and friendliness of the staff and especially the owner's family deserve special mention.

The showers and toilets were very dirty. The road that runs past the site was very noisy. Most of the playground equipment was damaged.
The restaurant was great.

The dear fellow campers... It's not the campsite's fault...For us the best place on Lake ReintalCamping Stadlerhof - for us the most beautiful on Lake Reintal. It offers different pitch categories. Unfortunately, with the ACSI card you can only stay on standard pitches, quite close to the road and somewhat shady. It's a shame that you can't pay a surcharge for a better pitch with the ACSI card.... We opted for a sunny pitch on the top terrace and were able to enjoy the sun from early in the morning until late at night.
The sanitary facilities in the new sanitary building were excellent - small bathrooms with shower and toilet. What was missing was a soap dispenser at the hand wash basin, cleanliness was good.
The campsite staff were all very friendly, the bread roll service was good and the bread rolls were delicious. We didn't use the restaurant as the posted menu didn't appeal to us - we don't eat meat, there were vegetarian options but not very creative. No fish.
We used the Alpbachtal Guest Card, especially for the cable cars - great offer, even if not all cable cars are open in the off-season and some of the dogs are not free.
The small dog walk at the campsite is a practical offer. The lake is just 500 m away and you can go for a walk there.
Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant incident on our departure day with other guests who had set up a ridiculously rickety dog fence for their Doberman after their arrival. After provoking our dogs several times directly at the fence, he simply jumped through the unstable fence onto our plot and provoked our dogs. Fortunately, nothing happened, but we didn't find it funny at all, as one of our two is a fearful dog.
We subsequently informed the manager of the campsite about this incident and perhaps it is necessary for the management to check from time to time that the guests actually comply with the regulations (dogs on a lead is written on numerous signs - not dogs behind a rickety chicken fence).

These can be reached by bus, also with the Alpbach Card.
We particularly recommend the Genusschmiede (restaurant), very... good cuisine.
On Fridays there is a barbecue - delicious grilled dishes and everything is grilled by the owner himself. Our vacation was great, we will come back next year.

There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The pitches are located between individual trees, sometimes on different levels. Even the overnight pitches next to the access... road are quiet and beautifully situated in the greenery.
The "adventure swimming pool" is a temperature-controlled stainless steel pool, nothing more, but still great for splashing around. The fact that the sauna area costs extra could be mentioned in the description.
The sanitary facilities are fine and clean, but do not do justice to a 5-star site.
The restaurant and its terrace are visually very appealing and cozy, unfortunately the cuisine is not recommendable. It promises "fine regional specialties", but offers the simplest convenience cuisine. It doesn't seem to be the owner's aim to make you want to visit the restaurant a second time. We also can't understand complaints about the sanitary facilities not being clean. Perhaps everyone needs to think about how they leave their own bathroom...???
We are already looking forward to our next vacation with you.

After we went to reception again, we were kindly helped and shown everything again. Otherwise the reception staff were also very friendly. The sanitary facilities are visually quite nice but the cleanliness is an outrage. I have rarely seen anything like it. They were actually never clean and that in 10 days. The floor was cleaned as follows (I observed it once): Cleaning bucket full of water tipped in, scrubbed a bit Flitsche in the hand and done. There are no corners to clean. Unfortunately, this can spoil your vacation a bit. The playground is quite nice and the evening tractor ride was very nice and popular with the children. The pitch (Panoramaweg) was nice and large, but only accessible via a very steep and difficult staircase. The lake right next to the pitch has unfortunately not been usable for 3 years. The sanitary facilities are older, which is not a problem. But it... felt like they were never cleaned. It was difficult to find a clean toilet. Some of the women's showers didn't work at all. The pool, on the other hand, is good to use. We found the bread rolls relatively expensive and unfortunately they were mostly soggy. The walk to the nearest bakery was also too long for us.
