The wash house is very modern and there is even music.
Friendly staff and a very nice bar.
Leisure facilities such as trampolines? Basketball and soccer field, playground, mini golf.

The site makes a very well-kept impression overall, with the exception that many of the permanent pitches are overgrown and spoil the overall picture.
The variety of animals, from kangaroos to various... types of poultry, parrots and monkeys as well as fish ponds, is impressive and extremely appealing.
The sanitary facilities are very well maintained and clean.
Pitches for motorhomes and caravans are located on mostly flat meadows, are generously laid out and are partly separated by natural hedges.

No WLAN.Sanitary an impositionThis campsite, like many, is characterized by permanent campers. Unfortunately, many of these sites are run-down and littered. The pitch is apparently misused as a parking area for all sorts of things, which is also reflected in the many cars that have been deregistered.
The sanitary block is an imposition.... Two toilets for the large part of the site? Are you serious? These are cleaned once a day. Yay! That doesn't work at all. Showers with hot water are only available when no one else is showering. It's not big enough, but the money runs through at a rapid pace. I've never experienced it more expensive. There are many animal enclosures with kangaroos, parrots, etc. on the site. It's debatable whether this is necessary, but all the animals and facilities looked well looked after. Many leisure activities cost extra. - Roswitha R.February 2020ΘετικάBus and train stop to Bielefeld can be reached on foot in approx. 15-20 minutesΑρνητικάIn the winter season there is also no bread service on site and the opening hours of the reception are not visibleExplore Bielefeld and the surrounding areaFor a visit to Bielefeld this place is ideal, bus and train stop within 15-20 minutes walking distance, unfortunately no footpath, you have to walk on the street.
The pitches are large and equipped with electricity/water/waste water (water was also on in Feb.). The sanitary building is older, but was... clean. There is currently a swimming lake and a mini golf course. Kangaroos, parrots and monkeys can be admired in the mini zoo, and in the season there is also a restaurant, beer garden, farm store etc.

The reception was very friendly and the beer garden is great. The tourist pitches are a good size. Unfortunately, there is only one sanitary block for everyone and this urgently needs to be renovated. The one ladies toilet was already broken out of... the wall, but the toilet cubicle was not locked, so you get a fright when the toilet gives way. There were also only a few showers and these were also very old. Next year there will be a swimming pond, which will certainly be a nice addition. We received a friendly welcome and were allowed to choose our own pitch. The pitches are quite large and you can choose whether you want to stand in the shade or in the sun. There are both large trees and open spaces. For the children there are a few nicely designed... animal enclosures with kangaroos, little monkeys, cockatoos, guinea pigs, bantams, etc. and there are lots of play opportunities. There is also a beer garden on the campsite, which we didn't try out ourselves but which was very busy on Saturday evening. The car parking lot was full and there were a lot of people there by bike. The only thing we didn't like was the wash house. It was clean. But it was getting on in years and was in urgent need of renovation. There is a swan in a small pond with some ducks. She looks depressed and vlgs me the management is not looking at her. It is cared for by bystanders. I also have my doubts about other animals. Shower fee.Rest and relaxationWe tried the site for three nights and were very pleasantly surprised at how nice it is here (after all, we live in Bielefeld). Very good pitches, quiet on the site and an excellent beer garden with good food. We were very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. In our opinion, the... sanitary facilities are too small (2 toilets and 3 urinals for men and 3 showers could lead to waiting times; the same applies to the ladies). Sanitary facilities were a bit small and maybe a bit too few in high season, could be improved. But they were always clean! The site itself starts off adventurous for children, a small monkey enclosure, guinea pigs, kangaroos, ducks, chickens,... just lovely to see. There is also a large playground, a trampoline area and Kettcars from Berg can be hired for a small fee. The pitches are relatively spacious and we were able to fit our boat on them comfortably. There is also a beer garden on the site, which offers food and drinks at very moderate prices. Everything is beautifully green, and there is a bathing lake under construction that borders directly on the site and will then be available for guests. The surrounding area is well worth a visit: Lenkwerk (classic cars, workshops, parts sales) Sparrenburg in the middle of Bielefeld Tierpark on the other side of the mountain where the TV tower stands => EVERYTHING FREE, only parking has to be paid for at the Tierpark, but this benefits the park At the next family reunion we will definitely visit the site again!Αυτόματη μετάφραση.- Jasmina H.April 2019For vacationIt's relaxed for short vacationers. That it was a big construction site but the fullIt looked like a construction site.There were youngsters admitted who with a group built a complete disco in the middle of the campers. What a horror. Great gastronomyΑρνητικάBuses don't go to the city very often, by car or train no problem.Ideal for a short vacation with childrenWe stayed here for the weekend with our two children (4 and 9 years old) and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful and gave us good tips for our excursions into the city and the Teutoburg Forest. The site itself is very green and quiet. Our children were well occupied. Thanks to... the good weather, our little one was kept busy with the water park in the playground and our son got his money's worth with the Kettcar rental and trampoline jumping. We adults were able to relax in the beer garden right next to the playground. The highlight was the barbecue, which prepared venison skewers and the like on site - I never knew that venison tasted so delicious. Our children also loved the different animals there. Monkeys, cockatoos and little kangaroos ... so not exactly the usual farm animals :) We will definitely be vacationing here again.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.
