In the countryside on the edge of the camping meadow right by the lake. We enjoyed that. Every day a lovely circular cycle tour along the lakes with a break at the inn or ice cream stand. The site operators deserve extra praise for their friendliness and helpfulness. Very spacious and clean sanitary facilities! We had our pitch by the water with small water access between the reeds. The permanent campers were also very nice, which is not often the case. We would love to come again. The owner family, both senior and junior, are very friendly and make sure that everyone is happy. It smells of pine forest, there are great pitches both in the forest and on the meadow by the lake, but it is a few steps from there to the sanitary... facilities (approx. 4 minutes), but a small sanitary building is to be added. We slept in earlier than usual because it was so wonderfully quiet. There was no crowding but plenty of space to the neighbors. We will definitely be back. There are great and reasonably priced restaurants in the area. The harbor restaurant in Wendisch Rietz is highly recommended, as well as in Storkow: "Alter Weinberg" and the restaurant "Zum Fass", although the latter is very simple but delicious and super cheap.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.

You can bring your own boat.ΑρνητικάOnly one restaurant about 1 km away in the village. Outside the high season hardly any shopping facilities on site except for breakfast rolls.If you want to relax close to water and nature, this is the place for you!The well-managed site under tall conifers and with several access points to Lake Storkow is a domain for permanent campers, some of whom are also dedicated to boating and/or fishing. However, there are also nice pitches for holidaymakers and travelers who may also bring their boat. Electricity (CEE connection)... and water are available everywhere. The staff are friendly and helpful and make a competent impression. The site is secured with a barrier system and a sliding gate in front of it. The sanitary building is spacious, but only offers one coin-operated shower each in the ladies' and men's shower area (50 ct/2 min). All other showers can be used with a transponder, with which the shower time is charged according to consumption. However, this option was not currently available for us short vacationers (2 nights). It is striking that the entire facility is very ecologically designed. In addition to the very extensive solar energy and solar heating system, the consistent use of LED lighting in all light sources, including the outdoor spotlights, is particularly striking. In addition, all taps in the sanitary facilities are infrared-controlled, which largely prevents unnecessary water consumption. As access to the Scharmützelsee is possible from the site via a south-eastern canal connection, there are good opportunities for sailing, and those who would like to make longer trips can also get from there on the water via various canals and lakes alternating in a north-westerly direction all the way to Berlin. For children, the spacious site is a natural adventure playground; there is also play equipment such as a sandpit, climbing facilities and seesaw. Ball games are possible on the meadows. There is a bathing area where you can swim in the lake. You live here directly in the forest and have to provide for yourself. The nearest shops are approx. 3 km away but easy to reach by bike. On 11.07.2022 I was offered the following in response to my inquiry about the occupancy of the cabins:
- Cabin 3 (two single beds): 1.08. - 20.08.2022
I booked by phone on 12.07.2022 from 01.-10.08. for me and my girlfriend! We could have taken until 12 or 13/08 if the period... had been too short.
On 14.07.2022 I still had no confirmation and wrote an email asking for a reply. Unfortunately, I have not received one to date. Today (yesterday I couldn't reach anyone, unfortunately no call back either) after I finally reached someone I found out that this period is already booked - unfortunately I now have no alternative as the vacation has now been scheduled in the same way. Why was I not informed of this on July 12 and why did no one respond to my e-mail of July 14? The lady on the phone only expressed disinterest in my situation and was not prepared to tell me how such double bookings could be avoided in future.
In the 90s we had a permanent rental pitch there with a caravan and we really liked it there .... so I think it's a shame how it went!Αυτόματη μετάφραση.
