We were greeted very nicely, even by our permanent camper neighbor. The pitches are tight, so the car has to be parked in front of the pitch.
The sanitary facilities are clean and well equipped....
The site is right next to the forest with lots of opportunities for hiking.

Paths in all directions start directly at the campsite. There are 7 dams in the immediate vicinity. Also the Kluterthöhle cave. - Günther J.Απρίλιος 2019Convenient locationon our trip from bremen to Koblenz we found a nice place here. unfortunately without a store, who knows buys before, so hiking in adjacent forests is possible, the cutter cave nearby is worth seeing. Probably quieter during the week. If you don't bring permanent accommodation with you, you can find something on site, and if something should go wrong with the vehicle, the site kindly provides wheel chocks or similar, everyone was very nice.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.

It's been a while now, but we've only just got involved with camping.info.
We noticed that your 2-star rating is still pulling our average down considerably.
We expressly apologize to you for the permanent camper present.
As you... can imagine, this annoying camper, who initially presented himself as friendly and helpful but then underwent a change of character, was thrown off the site by us a short time later.
The fact that he approached you (and others) and became a nuisance is of course unacceptable and was not in our interest!
This has never happened before or since on our small campsite.
As you otherwise enjoyed your stay with us, I would like to kindly ask you to correct your rating.

S.Ιούλιος 2017ΘετικάNew sanitary building without annoying shower coins, reasonable prices, nice covered shed with table football, football pitch, water and electricity on site.ΑρνητικάNo kiosk/restaurant, but this was pointed out when I booked so I was able to cater for myself :-)Short vacation :-)All in all a nice, clean place with nice hosts :-) Quietly situated in the forest. There is a sandpit, football pitch and table football for children. There is also a stable with 4 horses and seating right next to the stable, interesting for small children to stroke/look at, but no riding possible. The site is highly recommended.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.
Michael J.Σεπτέμβριος 2016Θετικά- inexpensive camping in the tourist area - Fresh water & waste water supply on site - Direct location in the countryside - dogs allowed - cheap WLANΑρνητικά- no shopping facilities within walking / cycling distance - unfortunately very close to a country road with early traffic - too infrequent cleaning of the WCsWell-kept small camping site in the countrysideI stayed in the tourist area of Camping Ennepetal for about 5 weeks. The approx. 15 pitches for caravans, motorhomes & tents (extra tent pitch with covered seating) are slightly sloping in the lower part of the site and almost all have fresh water/waste water and electricity. Right next to it is the... modern sanitary building with: - WCs (unfortunately too rarely cleaned) - showers (cheap long-term hot water showers at the touch of a button are great!!) - kitchen (stove, fridge, coffee machine, sink, washing machine and dryer) - chemical disposal facilities The site is well maintained by the owners. There is a large covered seating terrace for groups, campers and tents with a barbecue and table football. Unfortunately there is only a sandpit for smaller children, no swings or play equipment or similar. But there is a table football table and a climbing wall for the older ones. The location is wonderful in the countryside, only spoiled by the country road right next to the site, which is busy early in the morning. You should make sure you have enough food supplies before you arrive, as nothing is within reach here without a car. In terms of what is on offer here, I have to say that it is a PRIMA pitch. You really can't complain here for the reasonable overnight price of around €10 including caravan! - Keep up the good work. About 20 people slept in the hayloft. We were able to use the kitchen and a carport. Everything was clean and the host family is super nice and helpful.
