This woman was the operator of the kiosk at the entrance. We came as a family and wanted to walk behind to the restaurant. But this impossible person approached us with a tone that left us speechless. What do you want ... I told Kurt one around the pond and possibly into the restaurant.... The person replied that there was an entrance fee. I said I didn't want to go to the baths. Then they said, there's no looking. I call the restaurant to see if they have eaten, otherwise it costs admission.... Until now I knew it like this, you look to see if you like the place before you decide to stay. But this impossible person at the kiosk probably saw it differently in her primitive way. Our child had to wash her hands briefly, and the woman thought that it would cost her too, even though there wasn't even a notice on the toilet. We have never experienced anything so unfriendly and that in front of a 5 year old child who was completely frightened. You can only avoid such a place. It really is a waste of free time to be treated in such an inhospitable manner. You have to assume that this kiosk operator is obviously her own favorite guest. Our pitch (caravan) was right on the water with a view of the lake. Wonderfully quiet location and very nice hiking routes for families with dogs in the immediate vicinity. The boss is super friendly and, together with her team, fulfills every wish. The Fostteichschänke restaurant serves sumptuous and tasty food at a fair price. For bikers a nice starting point for great tours in the Erzgebirge and easy to reach thanks to the new traffic connection to the A 72 in Kirchberg! We will be back!
