"Camping off the beaten track - Campsite is a bit out of the way to Souillac it is about 8 km by bike to cope well, but back a bit arduous last piece before the place about 10% slope.friendly welcome beautiful facility sanitary top nice swimming pool small store for the most necessary restaurant and bar just a nice place

Προφίλ

On a wooded hill near Souillac (in the Lot) lies the Domaine de la Paille Basse campsite, a Castels campsite. The first thing you notice is the beautiful view and the harmony of the campsite with the surrounding nature. The …site is very green and well maintained, with lots of colourful flower boxes. The restored medieval farmhouses now house the reception and a cosy restaurant. You can choose between simple and luxury camping. The large pitches are beautifully laid out, mostly flat and well equipped. The sanitary facilities are modern. You can choose between a standard pitch with or without electricity, a comfort pitch with a water connection and a premium pitch with your own refrigerator, picnic table, gas barbecue and two sun loungers. If you don't have your own equipment, you can rent a simple Coco Sweet tent or opt for the more spacious and comfortable glamping tent. The campsite has three swimming pools: a large outdoor pool, a heated shallow pool and a heated paddling pool. There are also four adjacent slides and a water playground for the youngest children. For sports and games, there are playgrounds, tennis courts, a grass football pitch and a boules court. Teenagers can let off steam on the dance floor of the nightclub (July and August). La Paille Basse campsite is very child-friendly, which means that many families enjoy this place during the summer months and spend a wonderful holiday there. Other campers are active holidaymakers who want to discover the region, or culture lovers who appreciate the picturesque villages, castles and churches in the area.
