"Quiet campsite for couples - We were on the pitch in early July 2024. Reception is only open in the mornings, but there is a self-check-in machine. Even in the second row to the beach you could see the sea, as this part is elevated compared to the first row. As the sanitary facilities for the front part of the campsite are located in the central building, the walk can be quite long. During our period, the campsite was not very busy, so there was always a free washroom. Even when half full, there could be waiting times.

"Only for people looking for peace and quiet. No party, no animation - After I was able to clarify a few questions over the phone, which were kindly answered in clear German, we arrived at the campsite just in time for the opening of the 2022 season. The reception was friendly and as we had registered for a pre-season pitch of almost 3 months, we were offered 11 pitches in different price categories. The electricity connections are close to the pitches. The taps for fresh water are also never far away. Incidentally, I had excellent wifi at the back of the site. You can open the barrier at the entrance with a chip card. It can also be used for the shower (1 dkr = 40 sec.). The usage fee for the washing machine and dryer is also deducted from this. Hot water for the sink and several free gas hobs in the indoor kitchen are also available, as well as an oven for a fee. Unfortunately, there is no microwave. There is a well-equipped playground at the rear of the site, which offers various play equipment, the obligatory bouncy cushion and a football pitch. There is also a mini golf course. Family bathrooms are available for families. These rooms are the largest. The whole family can shower together here. Both sanitary buildings have underfloor heating and were always pleasantly warm. The sanitary buildings are cleaned three times a day and were always very clean. If you need your daily rolls, bread, ice cream etc., there is a small store. Shopping is about 6 km away in Ebeltoft. In addition to the frigate Jylland and the old town, which is well worth seeing, there are various supermarkets and discount stores, including Aldi and Netto. If you prefer to eat fish you have caught yourself, you can bring your own boat and launch it at the slipway. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. We can recommend this place with a clear conscience.

"Nice space but the owners should find other employment - Nice space with great potential. Children are not allowed to ride bikes on the site. Find another campsite. The owners are not suitable for service professions. Definitely not a place to bring children as they can be abused by staff for no reason. Deeply shaken after visiting the site.

"Wonderful summer retreat - Despite the hot summer, the place was shady and breezy. Wonderful waves in Caribbean blue water. Clean sanitary facilities, lots of small bathrooms. Delicious sandwiches, practical kitchen. Friendly people.

"Great location directly on the Kattegat - Everything neat and clean, kitchen and sanitary facilities top. Should be seen: Kattegatcentret (large aquarium) in Grenaa and the frigate Jylland (museum) in the harbor of Ebeltoft and other museums.

"Campsite with lots of peace and opportunities for fishing - The owner is proud of what he has achieved and rightly so the campground is a nice quiet place to be and you can enjoy biking and hiking.
