- Christel M.September 2013ΘετικάNice and quiet placeΑρνητικάNo real disadvantagesSimple and quiet place in a beautiful settingThe site has many permanent mobile homes, pitches are quite small, as is usually the case in Scotland, but you usually only stay a few nights. The sanitary facilities are again quite basic, but clean and what more could you want. The site is quite remote and therefore very quiet. The natural beach is also within walking distance. We were completely alone there.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.
- Heike B.June 2012Lots of permanent cabins and caravans, rather small pitches, sanitary facilities rather outdated - but as we were only there for 2 nights, it was okay. The store has a small range of products, so you shouldn't expect too much. Plenty of ice cream and sweets for the children. However, the staff is extremely... friendly and helpful, there is a nice playground and a really great, natural beach with lots of stones (a few hundred meters walk, the rest downhill, but a really great one with a great view). For our children (2.5 and 5.5), it was one of the most beautiful beaches of the whole Scotland tour, as we were the only ones there all day and had heavenly peace and quiet against a breathtaking backdrop and plenty to do: crabs, shrimps, fish, hermit crabs...but don't worry, after a short stay in the bucket and a closer look, the little creatures were allowed to continue swimming and crawling. A beach where you feel like you are alone in the world, as it must have been 100 years ago or more. There is no sign of civilization. Not a house, not a car. Simply fantastic!Αυτόματη μετάφραση.
