The Himara campsite was newly opened 2 years ago and is only a 5-minute walk from Livadhi beach. - Quiet location, - many olive trees, - super fast WIFI, - bar - Restaurant, where delicious meals (also vegan/vegetarian) can be ordered in advance

New campsite - directly under olive trees
The new Himara campsite was opened 2 years ago and is now just 10 minutes from Livadhi beach. In the middle of an olive grove, in a quiet location and with a direct view of the sea from the bar.
The nearest supermarkets and restaurants can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
There is also a bar/restaurant... on the campsite. Lots of cold beer and raki - the owner cooks delicious meals (also vegan/vegetarian) if you order in advance
The location of the campsite is perfect. Away from all the noise.
The WIFI connection works throughout the campsite and is even super fast.

Very friendly staff. Simple little place with olive trees and beach across the road. Very clean clear water with pebble beach.

Long, but scenically interesting drive through Albania to Himara
A simple place to relax
We were on our way to Greece and came across the campsite on the left as we were driving through Himara. We actually only wanted to stay overnight, but stayed for 3 days. The site is also suitable for smaller motorhomes. The staff are very friendly. They also offer good and cheap food in the covered area. The cook speaks good German and is always happy to provide information.

Perfect place for individualists and explorers
The reception here is also the bar. Anyone who prefers peace and quiet (i.e. midday rest, night-time rest and their hunter's fence) or is looking for sanitary facilities to 5-star ADAC standards should drive on straight away. Everyone else should know that this is a small, honest place to stay, with... a great communal BBQ, small prices and a beach on the doorstep where really interesting people meet. By the way, @andreas, I think we met at the bar in the evening. Greetings from Bochum

The campsite is run by two brothers, both still quite young (early to mid-30s). The reception was very friendly. You can pitch your own tent for the same price or use one that has already been set up (with mattress and pillow!!). The bar plays cool, chilled music all the time and the other campers were... very nice, open globetrotters. The whole atmosphere is very relaxed and humorous. We very quickly made warm contact with the operators and other campers. You can eat there (grilled food, salads) and have a nice relaxed drink at the bar. You can get to the beach in half a minute across the road (which is no problem at all!). The water is clean, the beach is pebbly, not very busy (mainly Albanians), the view of the sunset is fantastic!!! Who knows - like Portugal 30 years ago - but with (better) music. I'll be there again next year - and I'm looking forward to seeing Laureen from Paris...

Campground interesting on website, much less so in reality--more of a cocktail bar than anything else! The RV space is outside the campground fence and dimly lit. There is also no driveway, with the risk of not being able to leave the RV park because someone has parked on the main road barring the path!!!... The toilets as well as the showers are poor, the value for money (15 euros for one night, 2 people 1 camper and no electricity) is definitely unconvincing!!!

There is a place for tents and a place for camping vehicles. We were on the pitch for vehicles and it looked more like a future garbage dump. To get to the beach, you have to cross the main road. The beach made a clean impression. The toilet was not very well maintained. The campsite manager was very friendly and accommodating.
