There is also a small snack bar on the site. The sanitary building is modern and clean, and you can also wash and dry your laundry. During... our stay, the occupancy was quite manageable (despite the weekend and vacations), so we were able to spread out well. The 10pm closing time was respected and the staff were friendly throughout. You can go hiking from the site or cycle to Schwäbisch Hall or Künzelsau on the Kocher-Jagst cycle path, for example. The cycle paths are well signposted.
The people in Braunsbach were also very nice and friendly.

Despite the cold, rainy weather, we had a wonderful time.
This was mainly due to the fact that the site managers made us feel welcome with their natural friendliness, care without being intrusive and relaxed.
Natural... campsites often have the disadvantage of flooding when it rains a lot, but this didn't happen here.
The quality of the sanitary facilities is top notch! We are currently at a 5* campsite, which has good sanitary facilities, but cannot match the quality at CP Braunsbach.
The excellent Kocher/Jagst cycle path, which runs right by the campsite, makes for great cycling tours. Beautiful towns with medieval town centers, such as Schwäbisch Hall, can be reached via this route.
Braunsbach itself has a well-stocked corner store, pharmacy, vet and several restaurants. We tried the Italian and the Greek, delicious! Friendly anyway...
One positive thing that stands out is that the area around the Kocher river has been freshly renovated. Which is certainly also "thanks" to the flood of 2016.
You should use the bread roll service on site, the pieces are really good.
Although there is no entertainment for children, no child was bored there. The surroundings provide plenty of natural play space.
I would like to emphasize once again the cleanliness of the campsite and the sanitary facilities! There is always someone there to check and clean up if necessary.
We were completely satisfied apart from the poor O2 network and perhaps the ringing of the church bells. The operator can't do anything about either of these and at least the fairly stable, free Wi-Fi means that the operator can prevent information loss.
Basically, it's also nice not to be reachable...
If you are simply looking for peace, nature, serenity, cleanliness and well-sorted sporting activities, this is the place for you!

Quiet place with clean new sanitary facilities (too few at peak times) and good infrastructure of the pitches. Not to forget the two vacation cabins and two overnight cabins. Very friendly site managers who are direct but discreet.... Nice terrace with simple dishes and a good selection of drinks (whisky and local spirits). If you want more food, you can find it in the store or restaurants in Braunsbach. There are also beautiful hiking trails around the village. Schw-Hall or Waldenburg are just a few kilometers away. Quiet, tranquil, radiates to all visitors. Pleasantly shady in summer due to the trees. Shadier in spring and fall due to the N-S valley location. Mia will be back!Αυτόματη μετάφραση.

The sanitary facilities have just been renovated and are very clean. Bread rolls can be pre-ordered and there is a small snack bar on site. Unfortunately, we were too late for shopping in the village (the store is closed from 12 noon on Saturdays), but we would... have had the opportunity to shop just a few kilometers away in the next village. There are several places to eat in the village itself. The campsite operators are very friendly and helpful. Great sanitary facilities and fast internet. On one side a wooded steep slope and on the other the Kocher. We spent the night here on the way home because... we wanted to see the Kocher valley bridge from below - an impressive structure! The approach is a bit long, although you are almost next to the highway. But you can't hear a thing from it! You also hear almost nothing from the village. We ate in the village at the Greek restaurant "Sonne". Good food, friendly and quick service, all good. There is a peaceful atmosphere in the square, you can't prove anything with facts. The dinosaur just plopped down on the grass and slept. I was able to finish an exciting book in peace. At night, all you can hear is the splashing of the stove. The operators are very, very nice, the site is very cozy and the bread rolls, which you can order in advance and pick up in time for breakfast in the morning, are very tasty. The playground is small, but has two swings and a large... sandpit. That fits. It's just under 10 minutes' walk to the town, where there are shops and restaurants. What we really liked was the relaxed atmosphere that the site exudes - wonderful for a break. And the fact that you have direct access to the Kocher with bathing facilities is ideal. There is a lot on offer in the surrounding area.... Beautiful places like Schwäbisch Hall, Künzelsau or Waldenburg. The area around Braunsbach is wonderful for hiking and cycling. The site is located directly on the Kochertal cycle path. Very nicely situated, directly on the Kocher. Plenty of space. There are 2 large fire pits at the tent meadows, so it is also suitable for small groups. There are few permanent campers and the site... is rather cozy and small.
