Beautiful complex in a prime location
We discovered this campsite by chance and loved it from the start. The friendliness on arrival was overwhelming. The location is so classy. The beaches are some of the best on Elba. You can spot lots of fish in the water. The accommodation is new and in an excellent location. The pool is also ok. Many thanks to the team, it was a super, relaxing vacation on Elba. We will definitely be back!

quite empty in the fall and cool in the square...
We were there in the fall. It was already pretty empty... What is an advantage in summer is no longer so pleasant in the fall: Due to the location hardly any sun, i.e. very shady and cool on the pitch itself, a lot of condensation on the tent, breakfast in front of the tent not possible. Pitch very small! Staff very helpful and nice. The sea is beautiful.

Beautiful campsite on Elba
Location of the pitch is good. Pitches are small. Shower cubicles urgently need to be renovated. Price-performance ratio is not appropriate.

Location of the pitches
Fantastic view
This was our second stop for 7 days on our trip to Elba. My wife's favorite. In the high season (August) you should definitely make a reservation, there are not so many pitches for camper vans or WW, but many huts (some of them brand new). The campsite is laid out in terraces, so you have a fantastic... view of the sea with sensational sunsets from every pitch. The pitches are rather tight, with the awning extended the pitch is covered (7 meters WM but no problem). With WW the vehicle is parked outside. Electricity and water column directly on the pitch. The mini market is really mini, but has all the essentials (just a little more expensive). You have to walk down a few steps to the beach, so think carefully about what you take with you. The beach itself is divided into two parts: Scaglieri is very small and there are lots of fixed parasols for hire, a little further along a small rocky outcrop (path) is the larger Biodola beach. There is plenty of space here. Both beaches are very beautiful. The bay itself has no place to stroll, just two 4* hotels. However, there are restaurants (also at the CP). The nearest town, Procchio, is approx. 6 km away. The bus connection to Portoferraio (when there is a market) is very good. The sanitary facilities are not the newest but always clean and quite passable. Due to the fantastic view from the terrace, we will definitely come back if we are ever on Elba again.

It's just a few steps to the sea. But it didn't bother us.
Campsite in a dream location
The pitch was booked, which is probably why we had a relatively large pitch. The groundsman put the caravan there with his own tractor and later pulled it out again. Absolute dream bay above the sea with swimming pool and good restaurant. Would go there again. However, nothing works in August without a booking.

Great view of the bay and the sunset from the terrace. Small pitches: large WOWA + canopy = full. Pitches close together, separated by low hedges. Towing assistance for WOWA to the pitch! Some of the tent pitches cannot be reached by car, you have to carry all your luggage (lots of stairs!) Beach full... to the last grain of sand in August. Evening events can be heard all over the campsite, and if the hotel down in the bay also plays music, it becomes unpleasant.

Very nice campsite, fantastic view over the bay of Biodola. Wonderful sunset. We'll be going again!
