Family bathrooms with shower, toilet and washbasin. Well above average by Scandinavian standards. Friendly reception. Outdoor pool with giant water slide. The kids have fun here. Good sanitary facilities with mostly family showers incl. WC. Spacious natural site with beautiful views. Approx. 5 - 10 meter wide sand/pebble beach. Andreas S.August 2017Good place for TromsøMedium-sized pitch without parcelling, with space for about 60 motorhomes/caravans/tents. Very friendly reception in German and free choice of pitch. The reception includes a small supermarket. Fresh bread is available from 8:30 in the morning without pre-ordering. The pitch surface consists of firm... grass and is largely flat. When it rains, the middle area becomes quite soggy. The front pitches on the shore are firmer, but usually have a clear slope towards the water. Drinking water is apparently only available at the wash house. There is practically no traffic noise. We paid NOK 300 in mid-August for a motorhome with electricity and 2 people. Showers (highly recommended) and WLAN on the site are free. However, the reception is weak. There is a car wash with a high-pressure cleaner (20NOK for 10 minutes). The sanitary and waste disposal facilities are exemplary, but are in short supply.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.- Chris A.June 2016Θετικά- Location - Cleanliness - Leisure opportunities away from mass tourism interestsGreat location and in top condition!Great location of the site, virtually at the end of a long cul-de-sac with a great view of the midnight sun over the sea route used by the Hurtigruten. There is very little car traffic. The nearest supermarket is around 20 km from Tromsö, but you can also get the essentials at the reception. We rented... a cabin, which was quite simply equipped, but was spotlessly clean. The sanitary facilities for camper vans and caravans were spotlessly clean. It is possible to hire boats, fishing recommendations are also gladly given, free WLAN works quite well in the reception areaΑυτόματη μετάφραση.

There is a kiosk at the reception.Probably the best place for the Tromö regionThe site is 22 km north of Tromsö, but in our opinion it is the best site in this region. You have a view of the mountains and fjord and can see the Huritgruten ships pass by every day. The site itself offers no protection from the wind, which means you can sometimes be hit by a stiff breeze. There are... 2 sanitary buildings, 1 of which only has a toilet and washbasin, very clean, but certainly far too little capacity in the HS. It has many parking spaces with electricity, it is well equipped with service for motorhomes. The capacity of sanitary facilities in relation to the number of staying is small. Carmine L.August 2014QuietThe place is very picturesque, as is the whole Norwegian coast. A bit far from Tromso, but good home base nonetheless. The staff is friendly, the facilities small but neat and clean. The campsite is a large meadow next to a fjord, with no division between pitches; few electrical panels: it pays to have... a 20-25m extension cord; it is usually very windy, better to choose a sheltered spot. There is a lot of space for caravans just next to fjord. WiFi available but with very poor speed. Swimming pool is inside the camping but it was closed that time. Why? We don't know even it was 14th July and weather was perfect for northern Norway-... sunny and 23Cdegree. Seems that swimming pool is out of order for last years.
