The site is terraced and offers a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The site is a good starting point for the Brikdaslsbreen, Strynefjell pass road and Geiranger fjord. Some of the hedges around the pitches are planted with currants, raspberries and plums. Very friendly reception, German-speaking camp hostess. The small village of Stryn with some beautiful little houses by the river, the old wooden bridge from 1890, cafés and shopping facilities. - Excursion... to Dalsnibba and further down the serpentines at the Flydal viewpoint to Geiranger, continue by ferry through the fjord to Hellesylt and back to the C-place, great day tour. About 2 km from the C-place is the Jostedal-Infocenter with a film about the region in the past and today. An excursion via Olden to the Brikdalsbreen glacier is also worthwhile, although the ice has already retreated a long way from the lake due to global warming, but the hiking trail from the parking lot to the glacial lake (3/4 hour) is worthwhile.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.

Great excursion possibilities to several glaciers, a summer ski area or a round trip via Hellesylt-Geirang-Dalsbnibby-Stryn.
